Absolutely the worst service I've ever been on. It's called a taxi but do not count on a water cab service. They wanna pretend that it's a tour and horrible at that lif you have anywhere to go, it is definitely not worth it. Boats supposed to be every 10 minutes waited over an hour. We went up one stop and told us the next cab would be another hour. spent almost $100 for their taxi to go wait for over an hour.
Went one stop and then you told us that we had to wait an additional hour for our transter literally had to get an Uber and spend the same amount of money.. I called customer service three times just to get this woman who is the most unhelpful rudest person.. when I asked her name she said Angela, I am not a tourist. I live here in Florida and you better believe. I will tell everyone I know, and I will leave a review on every platform I can.. ZERO STARS!!!!!
I ordered to my reservation in Hollywood and then after dinner decided hey we already paid for this so let’s go try and catch The water taxi back. We got there and we missed it by 15 minutes so I called and the captain picked up and stated that they were no longer coming to the 5 o’clock somewhere although this is the only Stop that actually had a schedule on it they said they would not be coming back for the evening.

This company totally ruined my anniversary… Came out with my husband waiting almost 2 hours to get on a taxi because we wanted to go have dinner missed our reservation. We wound up paying for this and they said that they would not give us a refund so we had to Uber… after our dinner reservation that we made for the second time we enjoyed our evening and then we decided we will just take the taxi back because we had already paid for it and we could not get refunded. We get over to our destination to get onto the taxi and, they don’t provide a schedule. I called them up and they said that they already left there. It was the last ride of the evening so we spent about 80 something dollars for the two of us and didn’t even ride this thing. Customer service is not existing. They are so rude. I called several times and basically they just rush off the phone and tell you that it’s your own fault

Very cool all the different stops. They have one by the mall one by downtown Las Olas. Very nice. Had a great time. Headed on to Miami now.

We thought this tour would be a great way to explore the area on our 1 day in Fort Lauderdale prior to boarding our cruise. But this was not to be... We planned our itinerary the night before, according to the wonderfully informative videos on the website, including a plan for getting to Hollywood Beach on a connector taxi.
No stop was indicated where we expected to find it according to the map. And we were told by locals that the stop had been moved.
We received 0 help from the water taxi office.when we called. they were as aapathetic rude and uncaring. Local, trying to help, sent us up-and-down the water way and back-and-forth across the water way four times.
If we hadn't paid $35 each for a ticket at this point we'd have given up.
Aftwr TWO hours of this, frazzled, hot and exhausted, we finally got dropped at the proper spot by a free water taxi. Again, no signage as a watwr taxi atop there.
Once on the boat, we learned that The tour had changed and the videos had not been updated. Some stops were eliminated and there was a change in which stops that had the commuter shuttles to take you to Hollywood beach.
We also found the staff on the water taxi to not be helpful Or receptive regarding questions About how this change in the schedule affected us. All they wanted to talk about was the upcoming annual boat show.
in the end, With the time we had available and because of the rerouted tour we did not get to stop at any of our points of interest or even get to hollywood beach. This was a major disappointment. We despise full customer service. Don't waste your $35. We'll never do it again.

This was an excellent way to both move around Fort Lauderdale, to get from one section of the city to another, as well as having a guided tour of the area and the famous houses, yachts and locations.
- Captain Brian and Janet crewed the water taxi and were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable
- Constant banter from Janet and Captain Brian mixed in with fun facts about the local public and private properties and yachts as well as their owners
- Soft drink and alcoholic premixes available for purchase on the boat
- Open walls to let the breeze in but shutters deployable for inclement weather
- All day pass lets you catch from many docks

Fun way to get around! Kyle and Janet were the best guides of the day! We took full advantage of the water taxi, riding all the way to Hollywood Beach and enjoying the “sunset cruise” it turned into as we were coming back. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time on the water with the water taxi service. The guides were friendly, funny, and full of interesting information about Fort Lauderdale. We were in FL for a girls trip and are so happy we booked the water taxi to take us to the best spots around the city.

This was sooooooooooooo crowded I could not get from point A to point B. I wanted to spend a leisurely day, but could not as I had to still go to the airport.
