We wanted an easy and laid back snorkeling experience. The boat was amazing and featured a full bathroom which is awesome on a catamaran.
The staff was pleasant. The equipment was in good shape. The snorkeling was just okay. We did get to see a variety of fish (which came because they are fed). The water close to the shore is not very clear so you do not see very far. We did not have to venture far from the boat (which my husband enjoyed). The lunch was okay as well. They fixed chicken salad, potato salad, a cup of fruit and the crescent sandwich was the only mediocre food item.

The boat is much older than what was shown on Viator website. The food is mediocre. But the service was really nice. We didn’t go snorkeling because the water was murky. There were couple of people in our group that were stung by jellyfish. Also, we forgot to bring towels and boat didn’t provide any.

The cruise director named Brian was outstanding. The crew was great as well. Clean and well maintained ship. Beautiful scenery, snorkeling, and good vibes.

No surprises. Directions to get to the boarding location were precise. Accommodations were comfortable for the group size. Boat crew was friendly and helpful to meet our needs. Provided snorkeling gear was in good shape and we had a good time at Chileno bay admiring the marine life. Food was good and enough to calm our appetites. They also took nice pics of our family. All in all, we are taking back good memories of this trip. Highly recommended.

Lalo & crew were wonderful! Very informative and helpful. Snorkeling location was amazing! Saw a manta ray & sea turtle, along with various beautiful fish and the coral reef.
Drinks were well made and the bartender made us some special secret drinks! Would recommend tour company to offer more food. Overall, great excursión. Highly recommend!

Regardless of having clouds and mild rain in the beginning, the staff were still very engaged and honestly made the whole trip fantastic! They were very friendly, funny, and hospitable. They indulged us with taking pics of me and my girlfriend and even snuck in a couple selfies of themselves (attached photo). The photo sums up their personalities exactly. They stopped for us to see close whales and dolphins on the way out which was very cool. Biggest downside was having only 30mins in the water but honestly the entire experience as a whole made it well worth it and a good time! Would absolutely do it again!
