This is an outstanding place to visit whether you are a Harry Potter fan or not. Outstanding place with movie sets, props, and everything imaginable. Totally enjoyable from start to finish. More than you can imagine and it has to be experienced to be believed. Well worth a whole day! We were picked up at our hotel and transported to the site. It is truly fun and a great adventure. There are a lot of people but the entrance is staggered so it does not seem overly crowded and there is unlimited space to move around. Exhibits are inside and outside and it is very well run.
A must see attraction!

The driver was kind and easy to contact, he picked us up on time, the car was comfortable, the trip was safe and smooth, and we were also helped to get the entrance tickets.
It was worth it and very recommended tour, thankyou!👍🏻

Hotel pickup was great. Fun exhibit. It gets bottlenecked at times and left out some key elements like the music. 4 hours was more than enough time to see everything.

Our driver, Mark, was absolutely fantastic! Great driver, awesome conversation, and very helpful during our Harry Potter experience. Highly recommend him for any tour.

We were very happy with this tour! Hotel pickup was slightly late due to traffic but was able to get the tour operator on the phone who explained the situation. After our hotel we made one more hotel stop. The ride to and from WB studio was comfortable in a Mercedes minibus and our driver was accommodating. Would definitely recommend this method of getting tix/transportation if you can’t buy directly from WB. Loved the hotel pickup option as it took the stress out of having to be at a central location at a certain time.

Driver was nice enough and it does say that they drop you off at a different place than the hotel but it was rather inconvenient. It would have been a 20 minute cab ride back to the hotel. We ended up getting an uber from harry potter back to our hotel instead.
