Mundo is a great guide! He explained a lot of history and culture during the drive, and made sure our group was always comfortable and got what they needed. Shoutout to Miguelito as well!

Thoroughly enjoyed what was a long day but very good value for money, even with paying for the extra plus option. We were collected on time & taken into Playa Del Carmen to “check-in”, this part was a bit chaotic but didn’t take very long at all. It was located in a store so ideal chance to purchase anything forgotten. Bug repellent a must as you will be in jungle/swamp type areas where mosquitos are rife. A packed lunch on the bus was given (sandwich, apple & drink) which we had as breakfast seeing as we had to leave before breakfast (720am pick up). First stop was Tulum which was very interesting, lovely scenery. Our guide pointed out which free toilets to use rather than ones we would be charged for. There was plenty of time here & it was part guided, part left to have some free roaming time. From here to Coba. Now Coba felt more rushed however this could be due to the fact it’s a 2k walk (one way) to the main building. There is an option to either rent a bicycle or a tricycle as well as walk. I recommend using the tricycle to save time & give you more chance to view each building. We walked on the way in then got a Tricycle for the return trip which cost 7usd - well worth it. Final stop was the cenote where we had a lovely blessing from the locals before enjoying some food & beer. Having a dip in the cool cenote was a great way to finish what was a hot & humid day, even though we did actually have rain. You can either jump into the cenote or get in via steps but note the steps are slippery & when getting out can be a little tricky. Once dried off it was back onto the bus & everyone dropped at their hotel. There was ten of us in total from three different hotels. We left the cenote around 330pm & we were the last to drop off at 530pm. Our driver & guide (who’s names I can’t remember sorry) were very helpful & informative & it was a very enjoyable day. I recommend taking cash but all we had to pay for was 20usd per person at check in & rental of life jackets at the cenote. Anything else spent was items we purchased & gratuities for the tricycle & driver/guide at the end of the day, but again we purchased the extra plus option so drinks & food all included. I would recommend this tour as it is very good value for money.

Tour guide was good. We had short stops at each ruin which meant we could not fully explore either ruins. The food and cenote was a poor choice, we read reviews prior to ensure that the buffet was accommodating to a pescatarian/ vegetarian diet, this is what influenced us on booking this tour. The only vegeterian options they had was boiled potatoes, carrots, rice, frijoles and salad. This was 4 out of the 7 options.

Although this tour appears long, the only time i was bothered by it was the waiting around to pay taxes and get going, this took an hour so be prepared.

We had ample time at each location having a smaller group, celine was a wonderful guide and was happy to help or assist whenever needed. The driver was also excellent.

Tulum ruins was busy, coba was much quieter and my preferred of the two. I didn't swim at the cenote but others in our group really enjoyed this experience.

Apart from the initial waiting around, not being picked up at my hotel (i was told that it was because they didn't come into that part of town - only to be dropped off at my hotel on return, at a much busier time of day on the roads) i would highly recommend this tour.

This trip was a pleasure from start to finish 😊 the tour guide was very knowledgable and also gave us some amazing information. Tulum was amazing and Coba so interesting to learn about ancient Myan history 😊 The Cenote was great and we really should have went in 😔 Playa del Carmen for tequila tasting and a bit of shopping was also enjoyable.
All I all I would recommend this before the Chichen tour where you got harassed with vendors trying to sell you cheap souvenirs. Not on this trip which was great 👍

Excellent! Specifically, this tour took us to the Saamal Cenote in Yucatan (fantastic), then we had lunch at the restaurant located within the same facility as the cenote (lunch was ak thought, it was a buffet with limited choices). Drinks not included.

After lunch, we headed out to the Chichi itzá ruins (amazing site along with its history), and then to Valladolid, a picturesque town with a nice plaza, and some food vendors ; pleasant site and a nice way to close the day.

The greyhound tour bus was confortable, and the tour operators were organized, knowledgeable and cordial.

Lastly, both at the cenote site and at the ruins site you will have a chance to buy handcrafted souvenirs.

If I were to pick a tour for a friend, I would recommend this one.

Bring water!! The Chichi itzá tour is under the heat of the sun!!

I sound like I am selling this tour! Haha, but honestly. It was fun.
