Francisco, the tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The lunch which consist of delicious tacos and tendered chicken were very good. The trip was long but I really enjoyed it!

Outstanding service! Enrique, Gustavo & Victor did a wonderful job caring for us. Victor's knowledgeable narration was very interesting and provided just the right amount of humor. The only little negative was when we stopped for lunch, the clerks and servers over emphasized they were wanting tips. Food was nicely prepared & served in a clean and organized location.

Appalling service. They pick you up from the early and drive you to a processing facility. They line you up and they make you wait for 2 hours (either there or at a parked bus) until they decide they're ready to go. They overcharge for drinks and their staff is not friendly. Avoid them. They'll ruin your holidays.
