Stephanie, our guide, was easy to locate in old San Juan. She was very thoughtful and considerate of anyone who had any food, allergies or aversions and ensured they were taken care of. We quickly introduced ourselves to each other and had a total of 11 on our tour from all over. Stephanie was great at providing some historical background and interesting anecdotes as we ate our way through the city. We had more than enough food at each stop to the point where most of us couldn’t even finish what we were given. I was so pleased with all of the different choices (coffee, guava butter, chocolates, paletas, mofungo, and more) that we had and really felt like I was able to truly sample the local cuisine. we were told that they have different restaurants that they go to each day and there are two staples which I dont want to spoil. I don’t think you can go wrong on this tour and would highly recommend for anyone visiting. This is also a great tour for solo travelers as everyone was so warm and welcoming and I easily socialized with everybody in the group.

Ricardo was an awesome guide with knowledge of historical and cultural Puerto Rican cuisine. We went to four places - Cafe Cuatro Sombras, Casa Luna, Tapea, Patio de Sam, and Senor Paleta for a tamarind popsicle. Try different flavors. The pace and distance traveling through Old San Juan was manageable, especially since we met at 4:30 when the city is a little cooler. Every meal was delicious! In fact, we made our own mofongo at Casa Luna.

I loved the experience of tasting the different flavors of Puerto Rico. Our guide Marjorie, was awesome. She was so bubbly, passionate, knowledgeable and proud of her heritage, you couldn't help but be swept away by the whole experience, the enthusiasm, sights and taste of San Juan. I will be going back again.

This is an essential tour if you are going to San Juan. Our guides name is Pablo aka the future professor and he is who you want. He is young and energetic and full of so so much knowledge. He is so passionate about Puerto Rican history. The food was so good and you even got to make your own mofungo at the end.

Alberto was our guide and he was great. He took us to different locations for for a variety of foods. While doing that we received a history lesson of Old San Juan.
I would highly recommend this tour.
