Amazing service from start to finish, we chose hotel pick up and our driver was lovely. Really enjoyed visiting the salt mine, extremely interesting and well worth an afternoon. Lots of steps but you soon forget them when you get down to level 1, beautiful place and lots of information, very interesting.

Fascinating experience I'd recommend to anyone, only reason for 4 not 5 - we were left in the people carrier for half an hour while the driver sorted tickets - surely there is a way around this? Not the most comfortable vehicle, I was sat 'travelling backwards' which was not great

Great experience. Hello Cracow made everything so easy for us and care free. Hello Cracow are are great company to book through. They sent over all details we needed and they sent over the driver name and registration to find him on pick up. Our driver, Grzegorz, was lovely and funny.

Unique experience that mixes history with beauty. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. There is a considerable amount of walking involved.

In general it was a nice experience at the Salt Mine but nothing special and I'd say it's up for debate whether it is worth the price. I personally don't think so.
I would only suggest going here if you feel like you've exhausted the rest of Kraków or have very bad weather.
I got picked up 10min early. Curious what would have happened if I hadn't been there that early. Driver was rather passive except towards a bunch of girls sitting in the front. The rest of us in the back got ignored and did not receive any information about the itinerary etc. Hence, it came as a surprise that after the guided tour we got shushed into the mini van and later dropped off just randomly in the old town. Not a bad spot but it was never communicated. Took us all by surprise.
I had a very different and way more positive experience on a tour by Hello Cracow just 2 days before. This one though was a let down and therefore I would not recommend.

Wow how amazing, guide was very informative. Tour was very well organised. Dont worry about number of steps, there are hand rails. There is alot of walking.

Highly recommend this tour with Hello Cracow (and their Auschwitz-Birkenau tour too).
Communication over What’s App was superb. All details given over messages. Was picked up promptly from our hotel and taken in an air conditioned van to the salt mines where we were passed smoothly to a salt mine tour guide. The tour itself was informative and definitely worth a morning of your trip to appreciate and learn all about the salt mines.
