Left in two minds about Herr Shindler, it did feel like Poland looking at itself to ask why or just to justify how. Still a live saved is so much better than the alternative, however you got there.

Really enjoyed this tour and learned a lot of information about the Plaszow camp area that I would definitely not have learned without this tour and guide Dominika. Speaking of the guide, Dominika was fantastic and would definitely recommend you request her if you get the chance. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and history.

If you are spending a few days in Kraków then you need to do this tour. The communication with the tour operator through WhatsApp was first class and we were kept up-to-date with all the arrangements. Meeting place was easy to find and Dominika was a great guide who was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and spoke fantastic English.

We spent some time going around the ghetto and then took a short tram ride out to the Plaszow concentration camp and then finished on Krakus mound taking in a fabulous view of the city. Be prepared for a bit of a hike but it really is worth it.

There was a slight mix-up with the entry to the museum at Schindlers factory as it is closed on the first Tuesday of every month but Hello Cracow offered to drop us here after our Auschwitz tour the following day where we skipped the queues and went straight in.

Highly recommended 👌

Despite the inclement weather Dominique provided an memorable tour displaying impressive knowledge of the subject matter, speaking clearly with a comprehensive English vocabulary.
Her explanation of the operation of the ghetto and Plaszow concentration camp revealed the true horror of the humiliation and attempted destruction of Krakow's Jews during the occupation, truly horrifying.

Dominika was such a lovely and fantastic guide, she was really engaging and her English was probably better than ours!
We met Dominika on the corner outside what was the only pharmacy in the Jewish ghetto and learnt about the polish pharmacist. We ended up being the only other people so was lucky enough to find ourselves having a private tour! We toured the rest of the ghetto and Plaszow concentration camp, which is now a beautiful green area.
Dominika’s knowledge and explanation of the area really brought the concentration camp to life and gave us a good understanding of the history behind the area. We also visited a beautiful view point, which looked over to the city.
This tour was a brilliant experience that led onto Schindlers Factory. It was also a great tour before visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau the following day.
A great tour to experience in the local area of Krakow, we would highly recommend.
Thank you Dominika,
Marnie & Scott

Our guide for the day was really informative.. the museum is a must do in krakow. Wear comfy shoes when visiting the plazcow camp, its hilly & muddy in places it’s not as touristy as auschwitz.

What an amazing tour! We couldn't have asked for more...our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered so many questions that we had. It definitely wouldn't have been the same if we had gone without a guide and I am already recommending Hello Cracow to my friends in the UK, for when they come and visit.
