A wonderful evening our host Alex guided us through our courses with wines that truly complemented our meal. His knowledge of wine is extensive so it was also a great introduction to Italian wines and a fun learning experience

Truly beautiful and unique experience.
Excellent dinner and various wines offered.
The guide, an expert and sommelier, gave us various information on the wines.
The only "flaw" was that the visit to the ancient cellar was not available.
I recommend this experience.

The guide was terrific and very knowledgeable, restaurant was beautiful but overall price was very expensive for the dinner received. Could have eaten in several amazing restaurants in rome for half of the price

This is our 2nd time booking this dinner. Not nearly as good of an experience as the first time. The first booking we enjoyed the wine cellar experience and were offered wine, meats and cheeses with a wonderful explanation of the family’s restaurant history, this time nothing. They should change the reservation name and lose the wine cellar experience. Also, the first time, our portions were bigger and we were offered extra wine. This time, small portions, tiny glasses of wine. We brought our whole family this time and talked up the experience from the first booking, this one was a total let down and would not recommend spending the money. We left hungry and thirsty.

The food and the wines were AMAZING! Our sommelier was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine courses we were experiencing. She was wonderful and shared many tidbits about the restaurant, its owner, and history. We love it!
