Wonderful tour. I enjoyed it very much. Father and son operation.
Would do again. I'm 65 and felt comfortable after learning how to operate it. Highly recommend them. Met them after Sun Princess docked in Messina.

Next time walk.. Basically a drive by tour. Not safe to look around while driving in a narrow bike lane. Guide very hard to understand and not good script ie “very important artist” said over and over and not explained why important. Only went inside 2 churches nothing else included.

We really enjoyed our tour with Francesco. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took extra time with us and customized the trip for our questions. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. This was our first time using a Segway and it went beautifully.

Leo and Giovanni were lovely, and ready to try and answer any questions about Messina. We had never ridden segways before but they were patient and made us feel safe the whole time. The only let down was that the radio so you could hear the tour kept cutting out, so we missed bits.

Excellent tour of Messina. Fransceco and his lovely girlfriend were very good. They were very safety conscious, giving us a full lesson on how to operate the Segway. So do not be afraid, just do it! We saw so much of Messina via Segway mode beats walking hands down! This was my husbands first time, and he loved it. The only thing that concerned me was the meeting place. I find in Europe they do not give clear directions to a business to meet at. It is usually a piazza or on a corner. For us in North America, we are used to signs or businesses as landmarks to meet. It's just very different. However, if you bring the phone number, and are standing in a piazza, just call, they will fetch you. I highly recommend this tour, and would definitely take it again. Our overall tour was very vice. This was our 7th European Segway tour. Our meeting place was easy to find and only a couple of blocks from the boat dock. The CTS Segway guy met us and our guide Nina. The owner spoke no English but our guide spoke very good English. It was her very first time on a Segway, but she picked it up quickly as do we all on our first try. We toured around the downtown for about 2.5 hours. Ponchos were provided when we got some liquid sunshine for about 20 minutes. The clock tower church is a must see at 12noon. It has many moving parts, bells and a few surprises. It would have been nice to have a map showing the exact location to meet since CTS does not have a office there. The Segway's are transported by van to the meeting location. Overall an enjoyable tour. Helmets were offered but no headsets provided or water.

This was a very fun tour. It ended up being a private tour with only the two of us with a leader that stayed in front of us and a guide talking through headphones in our ears.

Fantastic experience. Only 5/10 minutes walk from the port. This is a must do tour and would recommend to everyone.
