Absolutely shocking. Right from the start. I booked a Segway tour of Syracuse in July 2923, for 13 August, when we will be in the city. I did not hear anything from Viator, neither did my husband. So I trusted that the tour was on. But kit having any contact with Viator, I booked another tour for 14 August. Still no word. We arrived at the site where the tour was going to start, to no avail. NO VIATOR!! Eventually I got hold of the head office in US, only to be informed that there was no booking for me. I am disgusted at the treatment, especially as they try to take €450 off my account. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

Leon and Maria Luisa met us promptly and provided us with a great outing. It was a fun experience and the guides were super accommodating. Really enjoyed our Segway experience - Leon was extremely professional. Definitely looked more fun than the walking tours.

We enjoyed our segway tour of Ortigia. We hit all the high spots and learned the local history along the way. Our guide was personable and knowlegdable.

Had this segway tour in Syracuse, it was myself and my boyfriend. We first had an orientation and learn to use the segway in a quiet parking area, before we took off to explore Ortigia. The segway was so much fun! So glad we did this tour. It is very easy to go around by segway and it is at the same time a great way to explore this town, which is so beautiful

very informative and relaxed tour. The guide really looked after our safety on the roads. Got to see a lot mor of Syracuse and Ortigia than would otherwise have been possible. Segways are easy to master after short lesson at the beginning of the tour
