From the desciption, we were to get an audio guide, complementary breakfast, headsets, live tour and professional guide. Received none of these except for a complementary water/juice at the meeting point. Could have easily done the entire "tour" on our own. When asked for a refund, the tour company refused. Viator reimbursed us for 30% of the cost. Appreciate the 30% but expect Viator to vet these tour companies so we don't have to. Only Viator booking we've ever not loved.

There was no guided tour! The guide got us in and left. There were no headsets provided. We were asked to down load an app to listen to an audio recording, we didn’t bring headsets because we thought they would be provided. This is just a skip the line ticket which I could have done on my own. Complete waste of money!

Appreciate the entrance time, to avoid afternoon lines, and the breakfast. This is self guided via an app, but still good to book if looking for last minute basilica tickets!

Our guide was good. But: No “direct access” as had to wait for 2h! to get the lift which only takes you half way up the dome….

Great experience but most famous attractions closed off to the public e.g. Bernini's baldachin! Tour operator dismissed people that needed elevator as this would delay the tour thus 4 of us had to stay down in the Basilica and he forgot to pick us up when he came back down! Very over priced!
