Depart from the hotel after breakfast to visit the Sugar Loaf Mountain, located at 1.290 ft above sea level, in the middle of the Guanabara Bay. The journey to the top is made in glass cable-cars. From the top you will have spectacular views of the entire city including beaches, Corcovado Mountain and the downtown Rio de Janeiro.
After contemplating the wonderful panoramic view of the city from Sugar Loaf Mountain we will visit the Christ the Redeemer statue, elected one of the 7 New Wonders of the World. Located 2.300 ft above the sea level, guests can use the panoramic elevators or escalators to arrive at the foot of the statue. There, passengers will enjoy spectacular views of the city and discover why the city is called the "Marvellous City".

Still waiting on a refund for this tour. This was falsely advertised as a private tour (it is actually a group tour). We wasted precious time and had to get off the tour bus, losing significant amount of time in our day (which was already limited due to our short trip to Rio). We ended up going to the two places by ourselves utilizing taxis.

Oh my goodness, we could not say enough good things about Priscillya!! She is the best!!! She is knowledgeable, bubbly, warm, and her ability to switch between English and Portuguese was mind blowing! The day was organized and we hit every major site in Rio in eight hours. We never felt rushed and Priscillya set times and meeting spots for our group to keep things flowing. So necessary, because the whole day had so many amazing photo ops! The fact that this tour included admission to Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain and a full Brazilian steak lunch is absurd. What a bargain!! Would 100% recommend!
