Through a Story Telling method that we have created putting togheter the amazing things we have discovered during our archaeological escavations and studies, we will take a "time machine" togheter, living one day in the ancient Rome.
We will than skip the line, entering in the biggest ancient anphiteatre of the world, feeling like the ancient romans attending to the games.
Like real Archaeologists we will explore the Colosseum, and skip the lines over at the Roman Forum and head inside for a full tour of Ancient Rome's bustling civic center and the Palatine Hill.
We will than jump to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, heart of the ancient city where every ruin will become alive, through our words and through some reconstructions made from the university of "La Sapienza", of how the area it used to be.
After this history experience you will look a the city with different eyes, feeling like an Archaeologist wherever you will go around the world!

Wow this tour was so impressive! We had a private walking tour with Gaia to Colosseum and Forum. This is my third visit to the Colosseum and I learned so many new things. It was also the best experience out of the three. Gaia was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We traveled with my mother who has a hard time walking for long distances and two young children. Gaia knew all the shortcuts in the Colosseum so she didn't have to unnecessarily walk far and was also very patient with our children. She even engaged them so they were interested in something you would not think a 4 year old would be interested in. Overall we left feeling like this is the best of our experiences in Rome. By the way Gaia really is an Archaeologist with interesting stories of her work.

This was a great experience! Flavia was our guide and she really brought to life the history and story of the colosseum and forum. It’s a long tour (around 3 hours) but it didn’t feel like it. It was incredible to imagine what these places might have looked like in their prime and what people might have visited.

I did this tour on September and it has been an amazing experience, Selene has been a great guide, passionate but also so very friendly ! She provided so many facts that I would never have heard of if I had been alone, and that helped imagine what it was like back in the ancient Rome !

My wife, 7-year-old daughter, and myself LOVED the tours. The value of being guided by an archaeologist with experience on site and a passion for the information is worth every penny. I greatly appreciated hearing about new discoveries and updates to long held theories that regular guides haven’t even heard about yet. As my daughter said, “BEST TOUR EVER!” We will definitely use this company again when family and friends visit us in Italy. Thank you Selene!

We moved to Italy a few months ago, and it was time to visit Rome. Since we live close, we didn't want to overwhelm our child. She wanted to do one thing - Colosseum. Everyone says, do the skip-the-line tours. We found this company and instantly loved their personal communication and service.
Our 7 year old also loved it and the amount of information she took in, was incredible. This goes to show that Selene was entertaining and the best guide we could have asked for.
I recommend this company and Selene 100%!!!!
