Dian was absolutely, the whole Bali Hai Team have been absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end of my experience.
There is always a person with a helping hand and smiling face every you go.
I have done the Nusa Pendia and now back for a second trip to Nusa Lembongan Island and Reef Cruise.
Snorkeling is amazing, floating pontoon is super fun with many different activities.
The beach club has amazing food and drinks - and relaxing time.
I highly recommend this experience and company for solo or family travelers

Firstly the driver who picked me up was so cool and relaxed delivered me with plenty of time to get ready and relax ahead of the reef cruise, the staff aboard from the moment it began was so high class and welcoming, I was instantly greeted with a glass of juice which was amazing and so nice of them, it didn’t matter whether I was on the top deck or lower the greeting and briefings was played loud on a microphone with speakers so I was able to start to catch a tan on the top deck and listen to the briefings, I chose to do the scuba diving which was optional however snorkelling water slides and banana boat rides was all included in the cruise which was exceptional and so good, the food was amazing and also my guide for the scuba diving helped me all the way, he took some brilliant pictures of me underwater as well, the tour of buds lenbognan was cool we went in pick up trucks and got to see the seaweed bedding aswell as enjoying time on the beach to relax and lay back, a separate pool area with beach volleyball was also free to use and finally the music on deck could not have been any better, the dj was fantastic such a great day and would highly recommend to anyone reading and finally a big thank you to high rise Bali for giving me such a special day!

Amazing service, lively knowledgeable people, enjoyed everything ! Snorkelling, banana boat, fantastic lunch, island tour with algae farm tour, boat ride, fantastic experience, definitely recommend !!

Asri was amazing! Will come back and do this experience again. A must do in Bali! The water activities were so much fun and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Awesome day spent in the sun and surf. An hour snorkeling, dropping bombs off the dive board and then across to the island for an amazing lunch, swim, and paddle boarding. Loved it, get along!!!
