Aloha Lei Greeting on Arrival in Honolulu

The lei was beautiful however when I called I ordered a shuttle and lei to the hotel. The screenshot I showed her even had the hotel address on it. She said I was only charged for the lei and left us at the airport. We had to take a Uber. Never again.

The leis were fresh and fragrant. 2 in our party were first time Hawaii visitors. The Lei greeting was quick and fun! Our guide called right after our plane arrived and met us before our baggage arrived. She was friendly and loved greeting people.

Great surprise for my family! There and waiting for the lei greeting when we got to baggage claim. Took pictures of the family for us too.

The greeter was very nice but the whole thing was really 'whatever.' It was our kids first trip to Hawaii so we wanted them to experience something special. Someone walking up with a bag cart and requesting our name, then just putting on a Lei and strolling away was kinda anticlimactic. Probably wouldn't do it again.

No one was there at baggage claim or outside for us!
We waited around and try to contact and we ended up taking a taxi.

When I arrived and proceeded to baggage claim there was no one there waiting for me even tho flight information was provided I had to call and wait about 20 more minutes to get greeted.

Beautiful Lei reasonable price and met us on arrival and on time at airport. Be prepared they meet at baggage claim not at gate.

I ordered a Lei Greeting for my daughter and her new husband. Viator changed her Arrival Flight Number, according to the Lei Company this happens all the time. They just saw the origin of the flight and pick a flight that arrives from that city. While they gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, and will NEVER USE THRM AGAIN
