This was truly such a wonderful experience! The entire staff was friendly and created such a warm and inviting environment. I had never attempted to make sushi before and I left feeling more confident about my abilities as well as had such a wonderful time. This experience was filled with laughter and love. Then when it came to eating the sushi it was absolutely delicious! The fish was incredibly fresh and it was so rewarding to eat something I had created myself. Bill and Baba-Sama walked us through each dish as well as taught us some history about what we were creating. Shelby took pictures the entire time to ensure we had memories from the day! Could not recommend this place enough to sushi lovers or groups looking for a unique experience!

This was such a fun experience! English friendly and I learned a lot about sushi and Japanese culture! The fish was fresh and delicious. Staff is very kind. Bill slay Gaga! Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This experience was amazing!! Bill, Shelby, and Ba-Ba Sama were incredible! the sushi was delicious, and the way they presented the sushi making was so unique and fun!! definitely a must do, I would be back!

What a beautiful, wholesome experience! I genuinely appreciated the way Shelby and Baba-San walked us through the process. The quality of the food was wonderful and I learned so much through the process. Momo did a great job capturing our experience so much that it brought me to tears. A MUST experience in Akasaka, Tokyo. Arigatogozaimasu! 👩🏽‍🍳

The friendly and fun staff made the experience fun from start to finish, and the program was full of gimmicks that made it almost like a show. Not only was the sushi chef's teaching method easy to understand, but I felt that they had put in a lot of effort to make it enjoyable for everyone, such as showing their work on a large screen. The ingredients were fresh, and the sushi that I made myself was absolutely delicious. At the end, I was given a wonderful souvenir, so it was a very satisfying 2.5 hours.

An amazing experience! So much fun & very informative. The chef was amazing, the translator was wonderful, and they capture so many memories for you included!!!! They also feed you so much, come hungry!

I had the most fun with one of my friends during our trip to Japan!! Shelby, Momo, and our amazing chef and sensei Baba made this such an entertaining and informative lesson. I’m definitely throwing sushi parties after this!

Bill was super energetic and kept us all entertained and laughing! The actual sushi was amazing and tasted so good and Baba the sushi master was great. Overall, an amazing experience and would totally recommend as a first experience of sushi making
