We received 2 vouchers then 2 tickets with the correct date of January 27. When the tickets were scanned at the entrance the machine said “Expired”. The staff at the tower said there was nothing they could do since we did not buy through them so we had to buy tickets again from the ticket office. There was no way to contact Viator at the time. We tried in the app. To no avail.

Cheaper than at the cash register and you can proceed straight away with your QR code. Please note, tickets arrive a little later due to processing, but that turned out fine

Excellent attraction ruined by rude and lazy staff
Cafe at the top staff were very polite other than that pretty much all other staff were rude, lazy and have zero customer service attitude. Less said the better.

Kuala Lumpur Tower, also known as KL Tower is a 15-story, 421-meter-tall tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is one of the tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Its night view is simply amazing.
