What a great trip 👍 Our guide Fatma was amazing- knowledgeable and funny, she made the two day trip an enjoyable and fun experience. Fatma was a local to the area which was amazing as she knew everyone.

Our tour guide was Fatma. She was absolutely amazing. Our tour started with our prompt and timely pick up from our hotel. Tour was well thought out. We were given ample time to visit all the place. Fatma is very knowledgeable and patient and gave us great insight into the history of the city

This tour was far better than what I was expecting. I was expecting someone to choose a few viewpoints, chasing after us and spilling some information that after a little while might become less interesting. However, our guide was very kind, very friendly and she provided very interesting information. We did stop at a few locations but she provided more than enough time to explore and our tour was quite small (which I loved) given it was the 3 of us that booked and just one more couple. The tour guide was not pushy or rushing us which was nice and she would even offer to take some of our photos even knowing some great spots herself. She took us hiking around the Red Valley which she mentioned is usually not part of other tours but that she new a nice little trail and it was worth visiting. Overall I would recommend this very much. I am unsure if it is always the same tour guide or not but the one we got was amazing!

This was a great day! Our tour guide Inje and driver Sirkum (might have misspelt) were so lovely, very accommodating and if you want to know or see something else, they'll make sure to take you and show you. The underground city was best!

Tour guide was informative, had spence of humor, and patiently answered questions. Driver wS Aldo responsive. The weather was warm and as soon as he'd see us coming would get in the van and turn on the air conditioning. highly recommend this tour and company.

I expected more out of this tour. Unfortunately the tour guide was very unprofessional. Too bad because this place is very interesting.

Area was beautiful, tour leader accommodating and informative but was disappointed in that the tour did not meet the advertised itinerary. When booked it claimed that the tour would last about 8 hours and that we would venture to and explore an underground city. he tour lasted 5 hours and we did not get to the underground city but were told that it would be on the second day- at no time was it advertised as a 2 day tour and we couldn't do it anyway as we were leaving on that day.

This was a really good, full day. The underground city was amazing. The hike was good, although it was in the middle of a very hot day, and we hadn't realised that there was a 4km hike involved so weren't appropriately equipped.
Unfortunately we did not make it to Avanos for pottery-making - instead we were taken to an onyx workshop with a very pricey attached showroom.
Overall I was happy with the day and the tour, and would have appreciated a little more information on what was involved beforehand.

THEY NEVER SHOW UP HORRIBLE I have contacted viator but still yet to receive any message!!! NOT ONLY they never show up on the date we have scheduled we had to change the date twice while I was traveling and had to book an extra date with my hotel just because of this tour!!!!!
