We brought a group of gorgeous Intellectually Disabled adults to Trevena Glen farm and we had a fabulous day! We chose the 3hr animal tour and got to wash miniature horses, lead Alpacas and a Llama, feed Guinea pigs, rabbits, donkeys, sheep, chooks, 2 hilarious pigs (Thanks Peppa and Freckles for some great belly laughs) and had a short horse ride. Afternoon tea was included with a drink, fruit, cake and pikelets with jam.
We were so lucky to have Peter for our guide. He made our guys so comfortable and they loved him. He used to be a teacher and he must have been the most fun teacher ever!) The ladies helping us with the horses we're lovely. The staff are experienced with disability, and happily chatted away with all nof us. We will definitely be back, and will be bringing our Grandkids up as well. Thanks to all at the farm. 🥰

My 15 year old daughter went to Trevena Glen farm for the farmer half day experience and had a wonderful time, she would highly recommend it. The small groups and the friendly staff really made it an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely loved our experiance, we got to see and do so much. We met so many animals and got a real hands on experience! Sarah was an amazing guide really knowledgeable about the entire farm and made us feel so welcome.

We did the half day animal tour, it was amazing!! My kids loved all the animals, our guide was wonderful, so chatty and informative. Well worth the money, I would highly recommend.

My daughter and I did the 3hr private farm tour with Maddy today and it was a wonderful experience. We both absolutely loved the relaxed pace of the tour, the time with the animals and the peaceful atmosphere that this beautiful farm has.
A wonderful experience and one I know that my daughter and I will always remember.

A huge thanks to Liz for a wonderful half day tour. We loved every part of the hands on experience from cuddling rabbits (a rare opportunity in QLD!), guinea pigs and lambs, to feeding and scratching pigs and feeding donkeys, llamas, highland cattle, sheep and goats. One of the many highlights was definitely giving a miniature horse a spa treatment.
The farm is beautifully located and set out. If you’re an animal lover, it’s one of the best days out you can have.
