Difficult to establish a return time,,,no one would confirm ,,it took several emails and when I called staff not knowledgeable on helping with a simple request

Amiga tours (the tour operator) picked us up right on time in a clean large van. Got us to airport with no problems at all. Driver was helpful loading in bags and was pleasant to talk with.

I paid for clients to have a private transfer...they were picked up from their hotel on a van full of people. I will be contacting the company for a refund. Not acceptable.
