We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)
Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

It was so much fun! We enjoyed the market tour and the four rotations of cooking. Big fan of the sticky rice. Awesome experience!

It’s a fun active to do and the food is delicious. The teacher is fun and instruction is clear. We made 3 dishes and 1 dessert

Such an amazing experience beginning to end! The food was amazing and it was so great to figure out some of the tricks Thai cooks use to ensure the dishes turn out well. We loved Gigi and Nid- they were the best guides and gave a great market tour and class.

This experience is exactly how it is described. First a visit around the market to see where the ingredients were from then learning to cook 4 dishes at their nearby kitchen. So well organized. Lots of help if needed by staff but recipes were simple but very tasty. So much food to eat. Was such a fun and delicious experience - would highly recommend.

Fabulous experience. We really enjoyed the market tour and fruit tasting. All the food we made was delicious! Tom yam soup, noodles, curry and mango sticky rice. Our teens loved every minute? Highly recommend

We made four authentic Thai dishes, and spent time in the market. It was valuable because I learned more about the food and culture. Also, it was great tasting the food in the market.

Great class. My food was tasty and I feel comfortable doing it on my own when I get home. My classmates also made my experience amazing. Great group of people. Definitely recommend!
