Our driver waited for us after our flight was over a hour late. He and the driver were exceptional.
Our guide showed us Aswan. He was very knowledgeable.

Even though the airplane was 50 minutes late, he was waiting at the exit of the airport (not at luggage collection). Told some stories about aswan and indicated some building on the road.

The representative was in the Airport waiting for me before my flight landed. He is very friendly and introduced some of the places to me when driving to my hotel.

We were met by the smiling Amro at the airport who was an Aswan local. He insisted on helping us with our bags and took us outside to meet the car and driver. Along the way to our hotel, he gave us a running commentary and provided some interesting information. Lovely car, and very professional service. Highly recommend.

Great transfer from Aswan Airport to our hotel - our guide met us at arrivals with a sign announcing our name and learned about Aswan and the surrounding region en route. Made the arrivals process seamless and stress free.

He was waiting with a sign between the gate and baggage claim. He got our bags, took us to the car, allowed for pictures, gave us water and had a competent driver in addition to himself acting as guide. I was only anticipating a glorified taxi. However, he pointed out sights, got our luggage to the hotel porter and started the check-in process. Anazing!
