Fun time, except for wandering around in the labyrinth of the pools, baths, showers, etc. Odd, this seems to be a trend at the various locales in Budapest.

TripAdvisor purchase confirmation DOES NOT WORK! Wasted 30 minutes to check in at ticket desk, where the employee was rude and acted like it was our fault. Then the wristband did not work properly and I had to be escorted around random parts of the spa. The one star was for the cabin assistants who were much more pleasant.

We took the entire family and was fabulous! The pools were all as advertised and we got lost inside so many times. The place is huge

I can’t believe this place is even in business. GO TO THE OTHER FAMOUS ONE starting with SZ. First it is a rabbit warren. Everyone was lost, like in a maze. The signage is woeful. The maps are uninterpretable. Try finding one of the 4 indoor hot springs. And then when you’ve walked through the massage areas (! Wtf) guess what the temp of the bath you’re getting into is. No signage. Very much a matter of dipping your toe in the water. 40 is max!! Which i thought was unimpressive. The tiles are amazing. But it’s a thermal springs. Like food, is all about the flavour. This is a thermal springs, not a tile display room. And don’t forget anything!! Otherwise back to your locker to pay for slippers, towel, swimsuit etc. and don’t dare offer euro. I thought this was the most dismal tourist experience I’ve had in many years

A bathing area with an entrance and a majestic indoor pool, outside the bathing and the service is more normal, but it is appreciated after so much walking and heat, plus there were not many people, I don't know what the fight for will be like in summer. the sun loungers. A stop along the way that is not cheap but relaxing

The Spa is very old. No conservation. It was not a pleasant place. Swimming pools with dingy tiles. I do not recommend. Very ugly

Couldn't come to budapest without going to a spa, and this one did not disappoint. Get there early as it does get busy. Food quite basic but great; salads, burgers, rolls etc. No breakfast option.

Booked the lazy day spa.

Booking in was fast and efficient. Lady who gave us our robes etc was very friendly. After being in thermal bath went to chill in the lazy day room, this was relaxing and chilled

Got there and issues as Viator ticket was bar code and not QR do took a while to be let in. Viator needs to address this with the provider as not good for clients. I’d read you could hire towels but turns out only buy them for £7 each. Bought one as no choice and left it behind. Large outdoor pool was empty and shut which was a shame. Other facilities all good. Busy but got in everywhere. A nice experience for 2 hours.
