We bought a two hour guided tour of the Cathedral and the Bullring and the guide left after an hour and said she knew nothing about going to the bullring. Viator customer service were terrible - completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t give any sort of a refund even though we only had half the experience.

Do not take this combo. Take the respective tours on its own. The confirmation ticket fm Viator said my tour starts at 9:15am and to go meet next to the statue of the immaculate. We were there at 9am and waited till 9:30am but no guide showed up. We called the local tour operator and was told that the bull ring excursion was at 11:45pm and the catedral tour was at 2:45pm. None of the timing was written in the confirmation. When we arrived at 11:45pm at the bullring there was no guide. When we called the local operator again, we were told that its audio guide and to exchange ticket with the voucher. The ticket office did not recognize the voucher so we paid for the entrance. At 2:45pm we arrived at the meeting point for catedral tour. There was no guide so we called the operater for the 3rd time and was told that the guide will be late! She arrived close to 3pm! It was a nightmare. I wasted the morning. I should be refunded for the entrance fee to the bullring!
