Kayla was a great guide! She was very knowledgable about all the stories behind the great house and very entertaining as she told them. I would also plan a tour for the daytime in order to see some of the things hidden by the darkness.

We wanted to tour the Great House in Rose Hall and decided to do the evening tour. I was worried it would be too scary but Sophia was the best tour guide! We were laughing so hard. The story is super creepy and unsettling but she kept it light and comical. One of the best tours ever! Highly recommend!

This trip was amazing! I only wish I had went at a later time. It was still daylight when we started but was dark by the time we made it to the dungeon. Our tour guide was Sophie and she was very nice and funny! She was more afraid than we were and ran and left us at the grave because she heard something! Just be ready for a few scares. They do an excellent job of bringing the house back to life! My tour was 6-22-2024! This is a must see but go after 7:00 pm.

We came to learn more about the history of Rose Hall. Our tour guide, Sophia, was amazing. She was energetic, knew the history, and made the tour engaging and fun. The night tour is the way to go to truly immerse yourself in the full experience. Ask for Sophia! You won’t be disappointed.

Had a blast! We got there a little early and they fit us in with the previous tour. Guide was nice, knowledgeable, and hilarious. Actors were amazing. Lots of jump scares. Finale was a little underwhelming but whole trip was a blast!

Our guide was Sophia and she was great! This was a fun and informative tour that was also hilarious because of the spooky surprises. The house has no AC, so bring some cold water or buy a bottle in their bar.

I’ve been on quite a few haunted tours and this one by far has been one of the best. Shanice was a wonderful storyteller and did a great job of keeping us entertained and engaged. Please note that the tour has haunting re-enactments so if you are easily spooked the daytime tour might be a better option.

Shanice was a great tour guide. We were the first tour of the evening, so luckily there was still some daylight. However, I was still spooked. It was a fun, interactive experience. Learning about the history of the house and the wicked witch. If you like scary stories, haunted houses, and get startled easily it will be a great experience for you. We are glad that we got to experience it.

We did the night tour which was amazing. If you enjoy history and like a little spooky I would definitely recommend this tour. George was there to welcome us with good conversation and singing. Our guide was Sophia and she was the best!!!!!

Wow! You’re definitely in for a fright should you be brave enough to enter The Great House! The tour guide was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable of Annie Palmer and the dark past of the house. Definitely worth a visit! :)
