BOOK THIS TOUR!!! You will NOT be disappointed! Amigos Tour provided excellent service!! Our tour guide, Pastor and our driver Jairo went over and beyond for us! TRUST ME, you'll want to get to Chichen Itza super early, avoid the crowds and the SUN, omg, that Sun is brutal after 10am!! Pick was super easy, download their app and all communication is through the APP and WhatsApp!! Our pick up was 5:20 AM, the bus was air conditioned and extremely comfortable! We picked up other people and Pastor let us nap for about an hr, then he started telling us about himself and what to expect at Chichen Itza. I was grateful for his honesty, telling us to avoid the vendors who say $1 and how things may be over priced there! We stayed about 2 hrs at Chichen Itza, which was ample time and Pastor provided such great information on the pyramids! By the time we were done with the Chichen Itza tour, there were a lot of people showing up and the SUN was BRUTAL! So glad we went early!! Pastor was our tour guide and paparazzi!! The Chichikan cenote was amazing as well! Again, Pastor provided us with so much information and was very accomodating (we decided to skip the tequila tasting so that our kiddos could eat longer)! Only negative thing I have to say about Chichikan is that I paid a guy $700 pesos for pictures of my son posing with their Macaws and I NEVER received the pictures! I was looking for the guy after we ate at the buffet, but he was no where to be found! I was so bummed!! Other than that, everything was great! Enjoyed the Mayan blessing/cleansing and the cenote was absolutely AMAZING! That dip in the cenote was so refreshing after Chichen Itza! You will not be disappointed with the tour!! BOOK TODAY!

Amigo tours is a fraudulent company. Our reservation was made 5 days before the day of our trip and we received multiple messages from them in the meantime. The day before our trip, when we could not cancel anymore they messaged us that unless we pay 21 dollars more they will not pick us up and we can no longer cancel. It is not a matter of 20 dollars it is a questions of principle. Beware that the price they show and you pay is about 50% of what they will ultimately collect from you. Not sure why 90 dollars of Chichen Itza entry fee is not already included in the price (make sure you read the fine print), since it is a Chichen Itza tour. The guide was awful, all he was interested in was selling you things, did not discuss any historical facts or significance. It is absolutely worth seeing Chichen Itza but not with this company. We did several trips while in Riviera Maya and this one was by far the worse. Stay away.

The tour guide Pastor was knowledgeable,friendly and courteous.He explained everything in English which was a plus.I would Amigos tours,good time keeper.The driver Hydro was excellent in his driving

Zero regrets booking this tour! Our tour guide Pastor and driver Jairo were amazing! The air conditioned bus was a plus! We got picked up super early (5:25am) and Pastor let us nap on the bus before giving us super interesting and helpful information about Chichén Itzá! Going super early helped us beat the crowds and the heat! The guided tour was great! We were there ample time! The Chichikan Cenote was amazing!! Such a refresher after Chichen Itzá! Pastor was very knowledgeable and funny! He made us feel very welcomed from the minute we arrived at the bus! Definitely book this for a smaller private tour! You will not regret it!

Our guide, Manuel Taquila, was very knowledgeable and funny! He showed us things at Chichen Itza that other guides did not.
Cenote Chichikan was a beautiful area. Swimming in and jumping into it was a blast for my teenage girls.
The buffet was divine (although i wish there was chicken for the tacos). The tequila tasting was remarkable. After the trip, my teenagers said it was one of the best things they have done.
Jairo, our driver, was a champion! We had an issue with a blown tire, but never once did we feel in danger.

Manuel Tequila was great!
Very knowledgeable and shared his personal story about how Maya history is apart of his life. The food at Chichikan was great. He made sure we didn’t get lost by giving us the bus number. I always knew what to expect. Great tour!
