Had a great time on this tour. It was a small group tour on a small invisible boat. Our tour guide and boat operator were very good and they gave us good information about inside water stuff and my husband had a snorkeling
experience for the first time and he enjoyed it a lot. We learned about the history of the island, and we were able to see the sinking ships and some of the houses.I would definitely love to rebook this activity.

I felt no one understood at the beginning as my husband explained I have a painful shoulder will it be safe for me. The reply was yes. Climbing in a boat with a broken shoulder is not great and feeling concerned how I will get out again. The whilst in the trip our tour guide insulted me, she was asking groups to have there photo taken. She asked us are you family, my husband replied with yes, she replied with what mother and son. Well she made me feel great, not only am I in slot of pain but I look older enough now to be my husband’s Mum (My husband is older than me) when my husband relied with no this is my wife, she then replied with OH REALLY. I spent the rest of the trip wanting to get off. I also was not happy that she also asked for a tip. She needs to watch what she had to say to people as I’m home now and it’s still playing on my mind. It completely ruined our day.

My trip was canceled by the vendor, and I can't find where to get a refund. The trip was canceled due to weather or lack of employees for the day and I need a refund.

The drop down into the boat was very deep with no railing & the surf was rough rocking the boat so I could get on. My daughter & grandson would not go without me. We should get a refund - a terribly dangerous boat!

We had a great time on our snorkeling excursion. My husband does not like to get in the water so we figured this was a great way for him to see everything that we see. Our tour guides Memo and David were great. We were a group of 7 and they were very accommodating to us all.

The tour itself was great. However finding the location was very stressful. The address on here is wrong and the people on the phone are not very helpful. They say they sent a message with the address prior but I never received that message. If you are booking this excursion make sure you have the correct address prior to getting to Mexico

In February, we participated in the Clear Boat & Snorkel Tour during our Carnival cruise stop in Cozumel. This was a great choice! The organizers were efficient and provided us with an experience which was exactly as promised. The boat operators were polite, thoughtful and fun; they made sure that every member of our 7 person family group (age range 3 - 69 yrs) had a great experience. The whole boat was truly clear (amazing!!) which was way more cool than just a window in the bottom of the boat, and the snorkel gear was super - one piece vs a separate snorkel tube & mask. Communication was detailed and timely - we knew where to go and what to expect and payment was easy. Thanks to Viator & Amigo tours!
