The picturesque scenery was tranquil and invigorating. The sense of serenity while gliding above the landscape was truly remarkable. The crew, particularly BOB, the pilot, ensured our safety and comfort throughout the entire journey.

I went last week with my wife and we’d love to do this again! From the other people we were joined with to our main hot air balloon pilot, Bob, it was an all-around great time. Really impressed the whole crew - very professional and friendly. The tricky part is that they often do not know the weather conditions (fog, wind, etc.) until right before your launch time early in the morning and based on that, it determines which site you launch from. However, they’re very good about communicating all this as you go along and follow all the safety protocols. The views of Napa Valley are stunning! It’s a must do so definitely put this on your list if you get a chance to work this into your Napa schedule. This was a fantastic experience!

Too many people packed into small basket and could not see all views well. Super annoying trying to take pictures over other people’s head.

Worth every dollar!!!! Feels like you’re floating in air!! Great experience from start to finish!! Our Pilot, John was very experienced and walked us through the tour sharing wonderful knowledge of sights while gliding in air. The crew was equally wonderful.

The hot air ballon and the views were spectacular. However, we arrived earlier as per instructions given on confirmation email, where it stated that it would start exactly at 6:00 am and whomever wasn’t there would be left behind. It was passed 6:30 am when we got on the van to go to the take off place. The take off experience and the trip were amazing. The landing, not so much. We crashed land onto a high school small football field. It was quite scary experience.
