We were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The guide ran late by 20 minutes, which is fine with us. However she did not have any of the radios. Therefore we could barely hear and understand all the explanations she shared.

The outside of the building and hearing the history behind it, the inside was lovely though not exceptional.
We paid to skip the line and this was worth the money, The free line was over a kilometre long worth an average wait time of an hour and a half.
