This tour was just perfect - our driver was so prompt and helpful and the private tour was fascinating - we learnt so much and got to see an incredible amount. Best trip ever!

We had booked a max 8 person private tour to Pompeii but the trip unfortunately did not fully meet our expectations. Tour was overbooked by double so first we drive around Naples for an hour to pick up a lot of people and ended up with a minibus full of people.
Pompeii itself was well worth of seeing and our guide Clauco knew what he was doing. Otherwise, we had to wait in several occasions for something and then new people were added to the group and others left to another destination, which was confusing.
Just be aware of this if you pay quite an amount of money for small group, max 8 person trip instead of a regular bus tour (which cost one third of money). Would not recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Pompeii! We were picked up in the morning from our place by Christian and an awesome driver. We picked up a few other people and drove to Pompeii. We met up with our guide who took us on an amazing tour. She was so knowledgeable, and shared so much history and interesting facts with us. A guide is really necessary here, do we highly recommend taking this tour.

Our driver was polite and very good at navigating the ridiculous traffic in Naples. We were picked up right at our hotel in a comfortable Mercedes mini van. Our group was just four people, and our guide Monica took time to answer all of our questions and cater the tour to our needs. She found many shaded places and encouraged us to drink water. This tour was an excellent experience and a great value!
