All good, very organized. But water should be provided for all passengers not only for those who booked along with liquor.

I was not prepared. In my mind when u book a excursion everything is included. I did not have cash for ALL the extras... they don't even include water in the free lunch... then there were the tickets for chechen itza 35$ the mandatory life jackets for 4$ to swim in the cenote. Tips for the driver, the tour guides, the servers, the dancers, the photos even the bathroom... I wouldn't have minded had I been prepared and advised. The bus was totally full and the a/c was bearly there. You still sweat and are uncomfortable just a little less. It was very rushed and did not have time to really enjoy the ruins :/

Brilliant tour, Hector had an amazing knowledge of the Mayan communities. We had enough time in each part of the tour to explore and the tour guides recommend photo opportunities and asked if we wanted any pictures. The cenote was also amazing.

We stayed in a resort in Cancun. The bus picked us up quite early to get a head start on the day and arrive to this beautiful ancient ground prior to the crowds. The park was just opening and nearly empty when we arrive (also not as hot). Our tour guides Ricardo and Pedro were exceptional. So personable, kind, and punctual. They used Spanish and English. They were highly educated regarding the ground and engaging. I felt safe, comfortable, and actually like I could drop into local culture with the unique buffet and swim at the cenote. I will be going back, only with their services. Hard working, well thought out tour, and yet a relaxing experience for me and my fiance. Bring lots of water, sunscreen, and a snack for the bus. Lastly, the Tequila tasting is like non-other!! We had to buy a bottle from the premium made REAL tequila without the choking burn of normal stuff.

we were very interested, we were happy to look at the pyramids and the surrounding area, the impression was spoiled by dirt, everything is not very well maintained, a lot of garbage. ancient ruins and garbage, this is not right

Sylvia Maya tour was waste to time. Very expensive gift shop and drinks and average food.
There was very little personal time to go around during this tour and it should be only 3 destination what i booked instead of 4.
I booked this tour for 10 people's and we were the only one not been picked up and dropped off inside the resoort and have a long walk inside princess Riviera resort while everyone else was dropped at reception.

Chichén Itzá pyramids were awesome to see. However the vendors there yelling at you and chasing you trying to buy their garbage which according to Rex our guide are mostly scams was insane. Non stop cannot get away from it unless you leave. The cenote food tour was a big thumbs down, just trying to get you to buy more stuff every step you take. I brought a water bottle into the buffet and was yelled at because you are not allowed to bring water, you have to purchase a water from them. Mind you it was a solid 90 degrees and the sun is no joke there. The bathroom on our bus made the whole bus smell like pee bad, and even your tour guides will try to sell you drinks and their special Mayan alcohol. The kicker, Dec 1 2021 was our trip date, and that night upon our return it rained soooo hard the streets were flooded with like a foot of water no joke. The bus, made everyone get off at the street to each hotel and walk all the way to your hotels. Ours was the royal sands which was not bad, but some other resorts walks, easily 5 minutes in a foot of water. Unbelievable the bus would not drive us to our hotel lobby and drop us off, just in the middle of the street after begging us for tips because that’s how they make their money. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because of Rex. Do Not recommend, spend your money on something ese.

The places Chichen Itza and the Cenote have 100, and the tour guide at Chichen Itza also.

The not so disguised sale pitch all throughout the bus ride was based on opinions and not so much on facts, beyond annoying, it was deceptive, disturbing, and tormenting. They could have earned more tips and sell more if they focused on actually sharing history and knowledge and not on sales.
