2. Jinvali Water Reservoir
Jinvali Water Reservoir, also known as a lake, is located on the Georgian Military Highway. Soviets constructed the dam in the 1980s—a wonderful place to take amazing pictures.
3. Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble
Ananuri Fortress dates to the XVI-XVII centuries and is situated on the foreland by the Aragvi River. Ananuri was a castle and seat of the Eristavis (Dukes) of Aragvi, a feudal dynasty that ruled the area from the 13th century. The fortress was the scene of numerous battles. Ananuri is a perfect place for landscape photography, and there are stunning views of the fortress and Jinvali Reservoir. The fortress remained in use until the beginning of the 19th century. In 2007, the complex was on the tentative list for inclusion into the UNESCO World Heritage Site program.

5. Russian Georgian Friendship Monument
Friendship Monument of Georgian and Russian people was built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk and the ongoing friendship between Soviet Georgia and Soviet Russia. Located on the Georgian Military Highway between the ski resort town of Gudauri and the Jvari Pass, the monument is a large round stone arch and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus mountains. Gudauri is a ski resort located in the heart of the Caucasus Mountains. It belongs to Stepantsminda district (2,200 meters above sea level), with a skiing area enjoying maximum exposure to the sun. In addition, the resort takes you on a whole new life as a fabulous sightseeing destination with fresh air.
6. Gergeti Trinity Church
Gergeti Trinity Church is a popular name for Holy Trinity Church near Gergeti village. The church's location is the right bank of the Chkheri river under Kazbegi Mountain, 2170 meters above sea level. Gergeti Trinity Church was built in the 14th century, and this is the only cross-cupola church in Khevi province. In times of danger, precious relics from Mtskheta, including Saint Nino’s Cross, were brought here for safekeeping. During the Soviet Era, soviets prohibited religious services, but the church remained a popular tourist destination. The church is an active establishment of the Georgian Orthodox and Apostolic Church. You will get an epic panoramic view of the whole valley from the church. Due to the church’s isolation in the steep mountainous area full of nature remains Georgia's most iconic tourist attraction. You will be impressed with the view of Mount Kazbegi, which is 5047 meters above sea level.

The highlight of my trip to Georgia was going with Gamarjoba Tours, and the best tour guide Lado, to see some amazing and beautiful sights, including Kazbegi Mountain. Lado was incredible, taking us to various monasteries, points of interest, and incredible vistas along the way. He was knowledgeable, informative, and an all-around great guy! Gamarjoba is a top-notice tour agency. They are highly communicative, easygoing, and handle all of the logistics seamlessly.

When I return to Georgia, I will for sure return to them!

Trip to Kazbegi was the best experience we had in Georgia. The mountain views are something most beautiful I have ever seen. Oki was a perfect tour guide and gave us so many valuable insights and facts and we felt we really understood the historical background of Georgia. All the sigths were so well picked and we loved that we also had free time to roam around. I would reccomend this tour to everyone as best possible way to see dignificant parts of the country in one day. We will for sure be back to this region.

We surely enjoyed this trip. Salome did an excellent job as a guide. Well organised and at the same time very open minded for questions and for providing professional information about the main sights but also adding other fruitful information. Misha (driver) also contributed to a very good experience. Any downside? Some of the main sights were very crowded with other tourists. We guess that this is impossible to avoid (it were some really magnificent stops). Annica & Paul

This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Georgia, along with Svaneti region. This was my last full day in Georgia so it made a superb end to my trip. The views were majestic at every single stop that I really can't describe them in words. I felt I had enough time at every stop to take picture and enjoy the views. The tour organizer was very organised and the tour guide, Shoti, was very informative and punctual which I highly appreciated. He made the long journey didn't feel that long. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit Kazbegi if you're in Georgia and to make it hassle-free, just join this day tour :))

Amazing views. My favourite point was the friendship monument the views there were really excellent and nice. Our guide Shoti was also extremely accommodating and polite. Very knowledgeable on all things Georgian and also very open to any questions /requests we have. A must go

This trip is worth thr views alone. There are multiple stops and each had something beautiful to see. It is a long 12 hour day, but the stops are frequent enough you're not sitting too long at a time. The guide is knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit while you are in Georgia.

I would categorize this trip under “must do” the scenery and the weather is fantastic, clicked many beautiful photos.. also I would love to recognize GAMARJOBA Georgia Tours company.. it’s my 2nd trip with them and the common thing in both trips is the team, from the office staff to the tour guide.. today we did the trip with LADO, a very enthusiastic guide to give us the best experience which we highly appreciated..
