The guide (Sohail) was helpful in taking us to the Taj Mahal through Agra, and navigating the busy crowds. He was informative and engaging. Driver was punctual and the process was very smooth. The lunch included was lovely and overall a good experience.

We enjoyed the trio and we had a very comfortable coaster for 8 of us from gurgaon to arga. Our tour guide Nadeem is very helpful and knowledgable.. The driver is on time and reached our hotel at 6am and we reached Agra as per scheduled. Adil is also very friendly and he tried to fulfilled our special requests. Dont hesitate to use their services.

Our communication with this company prior to taking this tour was easy and explicable. Our driver Mr. Promad met us on time at Delhi airport in a comfortable car with water and WiFi. He took us to our Agra hotel where we met our Khalid our tour guide ..who encouraged us to explore local cuisine for dinner rather than eating at the ( lovely) Marriott where we had a great dinner. Promptly picking us up at 6:30 for a dawn tour of the Taj, Khalid was exceptionally knowledgeable about all things Agra, the Taj as well as explaining cultural , religious and economic diversities between India and the U.S. And all this 36 prior to Trump’s arrival. We had a perfect time at the Taj Mahal, explored the fort and the city,stopped for a great lunch, shopped and met Sagar at his office , the tour company owner and his father. Be careful when you go there- they have a lovely jewelry store. Finally Sagar arranged for my friends and I to take two 1/2 day Delhi tours prior to our leaving India which was arranged at the last minute. W e were taken to the large Mosque, Hindi and Sikh Temples, a Jewish synagogue, the Lotus Bahai Temple as well as Ghandi’s last residence and place of assassination. Mr. Promad drove for us again and our Delhi guide Sohdi was also culturally learned. Both he and Khalid spoke excellent English. Mr. Promad deposited us at the airport for our reluctant flight home. I highly recommend this tour company..easy to work with, adaptable to a client’s needs and interests and they 100% fulfill their commitment as well as adding additional more value in concerns and care. In both cities all of our needs were more than met and whatever we expressed interest in doing or seeing, the adjusted to. A perfect choice.

This company is one of the best that i meet in my "travellife". I arrived at the airport in delhi an a "taxidriver" picked me up and while the drive he start to talk about the demostrations in the capital and how dangerous it is since 3days. He told me there are all police and many people are getting crazy on the road. He was saying maybe its impossible to get to my hotel because the demostartions are on this way. And than we really drove in a kind of it and had to turn. So he brought me to a "tourist office" where the were saying that its to dangerous to stay in delhi and the will book me an other tour to jaipur and the next day to agra to visiting the taj mahal and the were saying that the will cancel my hotel and the booking from taj mahal tours! For sure i believes them - because i saw the people on the road for demostration and i was thinking im in a tourist office and there for normal you are safed. So the driver brought me almost 300 km away from delhi to jaipur where we arrived at 8pm. At the hotel there i was checking my mails because before i had no wifi - so i saw that the taj mahal tours company was writing me for my normal reservation taj mahal tour - delhi - agra and back. I was woundering because i thoughz the guy in the "tourist office" cancelled it already?! So i called him. Nobody was contact him - that was the firsttime when im getting a little bit wondering about the situation because Saif (the name from the man who is organiseing everything)didnt known anything about that its dangerous in delhi. He promissed me to check it for me and to call me back. And what than happens was really amazing!! He called me again and told me that everything is fine in delhi and that the cheatet me on a really bad way fo get my money and who know what else!! Now i was on panik and saif were speaken always on a kind way to me to keep me calm. He arranged a driver who picked me up at 3am in jaipur to bring me away from them!! He dident go to sleep until i was safe!!! I really dont know what would have happenend if saif that headent been organizing for me?! The driver bhagwan from taj mahal tours wich is also a very nice and kindly guy took me to agra. There i had a fantastic breakfast with everything that you can think about it :-) after this i we drove to visite the taj mahal where my guide was waiting - you knows really much thing about this building and showed me everything. I visite also the red fort with him - wich he was also explain me on an interesting ans understandly way!! At the end we visite the main part of agra withe the marble factory where the still making the marble by handwork wich you can see in the taj mahal. A Man from the factory explained me everything and dindt push me to buy something!! After that bhagwan took me safety to my usual hotel, wich was also not cancelled, in delhi. I really made bad experience with the "tourist office" and was so thankfull that the guys special saif from taj mahal tours was takeing so much care about me! That is not self-understandig and is a sign of real humanity!! And also to book the tour with them company is for sure one of the best thing that you can do before you arrive in delhi because now i know it very unfortunately how many scamers there are and i appreciate it all more how important it is to feel safe and well taken care of!!

Was able to schedule a visit to the Taj Mahal for 6 people last minute. Got picked up at our hotel in a new beautiful roomy Toyota van. Getting there and back took a while because the vehicle could only go 80 kilometers an hour. Our English speaking tour guide at the Taj Mahal, Nadeem was incredible! He was with us each step of the way and was very informative, patient, and informative. Would have been lost without him. Overall we would all highly recommend, 100%, this truly was an incredible experience for us all.

We spent an amazing day in Agra. Our friend communicated Majestic Taj Tour and arranged the tour online. We had a safe trip from Delhi to Agra where we met the tour Guide Assem who is friendly, knowledgeable and professional one he took us in a journey through time to know the history and all stories of Great Agra.
Thanks a lot for Assem and I advise all people to come to Agra with Majestic tour and with Assem.
