Our pickup by driver Bartek was punctual and transport to pick up the others from our group in Krakow went smooth.
The transport was comfortable and clean.
We got to the camp in good time and waited till our tour began at 9 AM.
Our tour guide picked us up again after the security check before entering the camp.
After having a tour at Auschwitz we got our lunch which we ordered from Bartek and had a bite to eat before we moved on to camp Birkenau a few km further on.
We walked a lot at this camp but it was worth it as it impressive.
The last part of the tour was the salt mines in which you go down to 130 meters and see a lot of nice things including a concert hall in the mines.
Overall it was a full day which made a lot of impressions on you.

Our driver Bartek was exceptional in all ways and did a very good job.
The only downside we thought was that during the camp tours you get to be moved fast which is no good for the elderly and if you want to take pictures, like it’s a sprintrace.
Also in Birkenau we would have liked to see a bit more of what went on there.

Firstly, our driver, Bartek was absolutely fabulous. So friendly, helpful and professional. He made the busy day run very smoothly.

The camps tour guide was very passionate and knowledgeable, as was the salt mines guide. Really couldn’t fault them.

The camps themselves were incredible to experience. Kinda lost for words really. All I can say is, go and see it for yourself.
The salt mines really blew me away, as I didn’t really expect much.

Can’t fault this tour at all.

Very good guide, very good tour, very good driver
Downsides: impossible to find a guide in French, visits at a rush, waiting time to get there to be optimized

This is definitely the company to go with! Answered all my concerns after finding out countless people book with other companies only to have their trips cancelled on arrival in Krakow (apparently they overbook then refund the unlucky ones!!) Guaranteed our tickets were pre-booked & were spot on with all timings!! A long day but great to finish with the amazing salt mines after the very moving but informative trip to the camps!

The experience from beginning to end was excellent, from our driver picking us up, he explained in good English what our itinerary was & kept us right when taking us to each tour & then back to our hotel at the end. We paid for a lunch pack which our driver organised for us & only cost about £10 each which was fantastic value with everything that was in the lunch bag. Our guides spoke very good English & explained everything very well if I was to criticise anything it would be that our guide at Auschwitz & Birkenau could of been a little bit louder when he spoke. The Auschwitz/Birkenau tour was as expected very emotional & the Salt Mine tour was awe inspiring, so glad we had the opportunity to do both tours.

Everything was great the only complian is the guide spoke very low and since all the tour is outdoor was very hard to hear all the explanation.

As expected, a very moving experience... Our driver was very prompt, courteous and nothing was an issue. He even tried to get us on an earlier tour at the salt mines!
Auschwitz-Birkenau was split in to two sections and the tour guide was very knowledgable in every aspect. She spoke with feeling and very passionate about what she was telling us. My only real criticism was the speed that we toured the two Auschwitz sites. It was difficult at times to soak in the real atmosphere - although the atmosphere is readily apparent throughout. I did get the sense of commercialism which, given the number of visitors, can't be helped. Organisation on this scale has to be of focus!

The salt mines are something else. It's impossible to imagine the scale of the caverns and the work that went on. Suffice to say, the enormity of the skill, workmanship and craft that went in to create what lies below, can't be summed up in a few sentences - a visit is a must.

So. An excellent experience in all aspects from being picked up at our hotel to being dropped off. Would recommend but be aware you may feel a little rushed at Auschwitz.
