Cindy was excellent, getting us around and giving us neat and interesting bits of information. The e-bikes are the way to go, letting different people in your party use as little or as much effort as they want, and they definitely helped going up the steep hill to Notre Dame!

The views were incredible. Cindy was a great tour guide. Some may think ebike does not require exertion, but these did. You had to pedal up mountainside to reach 11000 feet to the topmost point. We had to ride in traffic which was stressful. Hit a pot hole which caused me to get a flat. The owner did not provide all the tools needed nor came out to assist Cindy to fix tire and my husband and his friend had to change the tire. Tour not for those with knee issues or respiratory issues. If ur afraid of riding in traffic and construction this is not for you.

The tour guide was great, Cindy. However when we had issues with the bike. A flat tire, the owner refused to meet us and swap out the bike. After several calls to the owner he never came to assist. In my opinion that very poor customer service. My husband changed the tube in the tire himself. The guide wasnt equipped with the proper tools and pump to inflate the tire. Once tire was changed we couldnt get the electric to the bike working so he peddled all the way back.
Note: the tour is very strenuous and not for those with physical ability to bike 25 miles approximately. Also the bikes are not a true electric bike, peddeling is required. Its like a hybrid

It was fun, in spite of 25 mph winds. But I would caution people that the portion of the ride through the city streets and sidewalks is very congested with moving and parked cars, trucks, buses and pedestrians. But the ride along the water, away from the traffic, was great.

Unfortunately our excursion was canceled due to weather. Very disappointed, but out of our control. I am rating this highly because of the customer service. They advised us of the cancellation and refunded our money without much effort on my part.

Excellent tour and great company to work with. We originally had a pick up at 0930 which was changed to 0900. We missed that message, as it was not transmitted via messages, Whatsapp or email. It was only sent via TripAdvisor. We missed the tour, however the company was very accommodating and gave us choice of a half day or full day tour. We elected to do the full day tour. The tour was amazing and extensive. The guide was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend E-Bike Tours Marseille!

We were met by Alexia and Isabelle at our ship exactly on time when we disembarked for our adventure. we were not exactly sure what to expect and did it ever exceed our expectations. We driven to their base of operations in the old port and given an orientation on the bike as well as take it for a test spin. The bikes were great and even pedaling up hills was relatively easy.
Alexia and Isabelle were amazing guides and made us feel at ease. We stopped at different intervals and points of interest were explained. We were able to see sights that you could never see on a large tour bus and we had a lovely lunch at a restaurant on the water in a quaint fishing village.
By time we were finished we felt like old friends with our guides.

Highly recommend this tour, had so much fun great way to see all the sights in a day. Our tour guide was lovely and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every part of the trip. Beautiful place Marseille
