There was a delay letting people off the ship due to clearance. These messages are in Spanish, but they are time stamped with us telling them about the delay. They assured us that they would wait and we had nothing to worry about. When we told them we finally got off the boat at 11:40, we also called and tried to figure out where the bus was because it was not there. The only information he could give was that “there is a sign that says Shore Excursions”. There was not. Even at 11:52, he still insisted that they were there waiting for us. You can even see the pictures of the empty pier that we sent.
The message that we received later that afternoon states that the bus left at 11:40. Despite actively communicating with them, they insisted that they did nothing wrong by leaving and are not refusing to give a refund. The blatantly lied and are terribly unorganized.
The company that was supposedly on the pier is also operating under a different name than what is on Viator, which is another huge red flag that this is a scam.
There are several other tour guides doing this same excursion, so I strongly recommend picking a different one. The reviews for this company are all bad, so AVOID!

We missed it becuz the meeting point location on the Viator app was incorrect and the bus left without us
