Prenoto il tour in Italiano, meno di 24 ore prima mi scrivono per dirmi che non si è raggiunto il numero minimo di partecipanti e che potevo o avere il rimborso o essere inserita con uno sconto del 15% su un gruppo spagnolo. Accetto la seconda opzione, essendo ormai troppo tardi per trovare un’alternativa, tutti gli altri tour operator sono infatti al completo.
Arrivati alla prima fermata l’autista cercando di sistemare lo specchietto retrovisore, tenuto con dello scotch, finisce per romperlo rendendo inutilizzabile il bus.
Aspettiamo un’ora che arrivi qualcun altro a prenderci.
A causa di questo disservizio anziché sostare un’ora e mezza come da programma ad Inverness ci rimaniamo 25 minuti scarsi, quindi per pranzo dobbiamo correre a un supermercato a prendere un panino.
Una volta tornati ci rendiamo conto che senza che nessuno ci avvisasse avevano cambiato di nuovo il bus.
Avevo lasciato una busta con del cibo sull’altro, visto che ribadisco che nessuno ci aveva avvisato, che quindi ormai è persa.
Sempre di corsia andiamo a lochness per fare visita e giro sul lago.
Dopodiché non si capisce chi, se la guida o il tour operator, decidono che a quel punto dobbiamo tornare di nuovo ad Inverness per recuperare la mancata visita della mattina.
Il tutto senza consultare i partecipanti.
Chiedo alla guida l’orario di arrivo previsto ad Edimburgo, risponde che arriveremmo alle 21,30 e che salteremo la visita della cittadina di pitlochry
Nella pagina di prenotazione avevano scritto orario di arrivo previsto approssimativamente alle 20,30.
Da tenere presente che ad Edimburgo i ristoranti alle 21 massimo chiudono le cucine
Già alla disavventura del cambio di programma, in cui avevo chiesto un rimborso per la modifica dell’itinerario, avevano risposto in modo approssimativo.
Gli riscrivo di nuovo, esprimendo il mio disappunto circa questa ulteriore modifica senza alcuna consultazione dei partecipanti ma non ottengo risposta.
Li chiamo infine e mi sento rispondere che è nelle loro condizioni cambiare il programma, che l’autista non è tenuto a condividere le scelte circa le modifiche di itinerari e orari e che se ci fosse stato ad esempio un incidente stradale anche questo avrebbe modificato il tutto.
Faccio notare che tenere i pullman con specchietti tenuti su dallo scotch non è paragonabile ad aver trovato un incidente sulla strada, ma è che è una loro negligenza e che è assolutamente inaccettabile che in corso modifichino tutto senza consultare le persone che hanno pagato e sono sul pulman, che di fatto sono in balia e alla mercé delle loro decisioni.
Mi risponde che lo scotch è una riparazione momentanea assolutamente a norma, che non è lo scotch dei pacchi, e che quindi la caduta dello specchietto si può paragonare ad un incidente e che loro non possono interpellare tutti i partecipanti su eventuali decisioni che lo coinvolgano sul momento.
Dulcis in fundo, chiudo la chiamata dopo aver ribadito per l’ennesima volta che pretendevo di essere risarcita, avendo subito tutte queste disavventure, pranzato con un panino e rischiando di rimanere senza cena (l’operatrice al telefono mi risponde che volendo poteva consigliarmi un pub aperto fino alle 11, rendiamoci conto), e mi arriva un loro messaggio in cui mi dicono volendo i partecipanti possono abbandonare il tour in qualsiasi momento e tornare in autonomia ad Edimburgo.
Vorrei allegare tutti gli screen della conversazione a riprova di quanto detto se non tenessi di incorrere in qualche azione da parte loro.
Organizzazione imbarazzante, e tutto per la modica cifra di 83 euro.

Interesting and fun tour!!! Our guide Giacomo was able to involve the group during the duration of the tour by telling us anecdotes and history that we would never have known otherwise!!! We recommend the Lochness and highland tour because it is worth every single penny!!! New and clean buses!!! All perfect!!! Choosing Scotland Tour for our excursions to Edinburgh was the ideal choice to make the most of the experience of this magnificent trip!! Keep it up!!! Well done!!! Beautiful tour with spectacular landscapes... I think the guide is called Giacomo and he explained all the stories in an excellent way... The only thing was that even if the journey was long, it took 30, let's say 31, it took another couple of hours more than including one sailing on the lake....anyway, I recommend it

Scotland is a magical country with breathtaking landscapes that are constantly changing
Our guide Ayrton made this experience even more exciting with historical notes and legends all accompanied with thrilling music. Our driver Marcelo was particularly good, we traveled about 550 km without even realizing it

Unfortunately, around 12:00 we were surprised by a snowstorm. So the tour was cancelled....we thought that the refund would only be partial but instead the refund was 100%.
Very serious company, congratulations!!
The guides are prepared and very nice.
Due to traffic and an accident we returned to Edinburgh around 5.30pm. During the trip we met very nice people, Italian and beyond.
I recommend taking the tour in the "warmer" months. No December, January or February.

We highly recommend taking this journey to discover the wonderful Highlands!
The tour lasts 12 hours departing from Edinburgh.
Our Italian guide Claudia was fantastic (and very knowledgeable), she accompanied us during the trip with stories, curiosities and songs!
Thanks to her we were never bored and the bus journey was very pleasant.
