We arrived after midnight & the driver was waiting in the arrival hall. Our group of 4 was joined by another couple but the van was spacious, clean & comfortable. Our driver was very professional, drove safely, & assisted with luggage.
Highly recommend this transfer.

Even though our flight was delayed and clearing immigration took over 30mins our Cherry Tomato driver was outside arrivals waiting for us. He was polite, professional and drove us safely to our accommodation. I've used them a previous time a few years ago and they still offer a great service

Our driver was there at airport on time for us with a sign. We didn’t see him at first but called the customer service number and then found him within a few minutes. Took us to our hotel without any issues. Car was clean and driver professional. We would use them again.

Our flight was delayed 3 hrs , plus it took us over an extra hour to get our luggage. The operator waited for us and was so gracious and understanding that it made our arrival less stressful. Thank YOU for the great service as always.
Note. I have always used this service upon arrival in Tokyo.

Great travel arrangements to hotel after a very long flight from Canada. Easy to locate our driver and vehicle was very comfortable and large enough to accommodate alll our luggage.

When we get out of airport, the driver was waiting with a sign,we had no problem at all, no waiting. The van was very comfortable, driver was very courteous.

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we exited customs. She was very helpful and even escorted us to where we needed to pick up our wifi. I would absolutely use them again!
