Super easy and highly recommend. Cherry Tomato (the service company that organizes the drivers) Whatsapp messaged me with all the super helpful information beforehand so I knew exactly where to meet the driver and what their sign would look like. Even though our driver did not speak English, they were very kind, polite, and professional. However, the cost is a bit $$ this service is still useful if you are arriving late at night after public transit is closed and want a quick and efficient route to your accommodations.

Went out of his way to help us obtain a SIM card and train pass. His help was invaluable to us. He was very polite and took the time to answer our questions. Thoroughly recommend him.

The service was top notch! They stayed in constant communication to ensure we knew where to meet the driver. Our driver was outside baggage area with a sign and the most impressive van location we have ever experienced. After confirming destination he guided us outside. He had parked in the front a few steps away. Van was clean and spacious. This made our arrival to the hotel stress free.

Our driver was waiting for us in the designated location as we came through customs. The van was roomy with very comfortable seats. Our driver was smooth and efficient and accommodating with the temperature and fan speed. We will definitely use this service again.
