Had an incredible guided tour with Sean after having time to enjoy the lotus tea and lotus seed biscuits on the top floor, as part of the tour. Sean was very knowledgeable and showed us the stages of work involved in producing this incredible, strong, and airy silk. Items are available in the store made from silk produced on the farm and vary in price, with myself buying a more affordable makeup bag made from the silk. Overall, a valuable and relaxing visit I’d recommend anyone in Siem Reap to check out.

I enjoyed spending the morning at the farm making crafts and learning the method of cultivating the plant for various purposes. The boat ride was beautiful amongst the water lilies and lotus. It was here we learned how to fold then flower, make a necklace and enjoy the serene surroundings. Visiting this farm provided us a fascinating glimpse into Cambodia's agricultural heritage and offers a serene escape from the bustling city, allowing visitors to connect with nature and learn about an essential aspect of Cambodian culture. Highly recommend.

This was such an excellent day. We went out in little motorized canoes onto the lake to see where the lotus flowers grow and the guide made us bouquets from freshly picked flowers. We then saw how the whole process turn the stems to silken thread to cloth and then to beautiful bags and dresses. We had the opportunity to make and decorate wrapping paper, incense sticks and lotus seed bracelets. They are very keen to show off their commitment to sustainability and use of renewable energy. Lovely people.

Very nice experience, where we learned lots of things, very friendly atmosphere, the workshops are all interesting and the walk in the heart of the lotuses is very fun, with young Cambodians smiling, singing, full of good humor
Really a very pleasant moment

We did the full package at the lotus farm and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
We went on the 8 am slot so had the boat trip out just as all the lotus flowers started to bloom. We got taught how to make a ceremonial flower whilst floating through the Lotuses.
Once back we were shown how to make things from all parts of the lotus flower such as thread and paper. Then had a little lotus seed jewellery making session whilst drinking lotus tea.
We had a fabulous time, everyone was lovely, and I'm just so impressed with what they've done, having thought up so many different ways to use it.
I highly recommend it.

It's really impressive what can be made from lotus plants. We booked a boat trip to the lotus plantation and a tour of the workshops. On the boat, the driver conjured up a lotus bouquet for us and made us a lotus necklace. After refreshing ourselves with lotus tea and lotus biscuits, Sean introduced us to lotus handicrafts. A really great afternoon and helpful for the very poor area 10 kilometers south of bustling Siem Reap. The entrance fee of $5 for the tour including tea and $10 for the one-hour boat trip definitely benefits the local people.

We loved this tour. It was a lovely alternative to break up Angkor Wat temples. Having seen the farm from the Australian Amazing Race, we were keen to see it and chose the 3pm session including the sunset tour. We participated in the hands on craft of textile making, screen printing, incense rolling, bead making and then we had a lovely sunset tour of the lotus farm which was absolutely stunning and one of my highlights of Siem Reap/Cambodia . The young and friendly team of this social enterprise were inspiring and I did enjoy the opportunity to experience how hard it is to make the lotus textiles. My only suggestion is that the hands on craft of textile making is hard, and requires a little verbal explanation and more patience from the older ladies teaching who don't speak english. Nevertheless, the project's dream of making more closed loop products is admirable and wish them luck! Definitely recommend this tour.

Definitely worth it! Don't miss this unique experience during your stay in Siem Reap. The ride is great, the staff and owner are super helpful and amazing. The atmosphere and activities offered around the lotus and silk farm products are mind-blowing.
Then you can find all these amazing arts and crafts in their shop to bring back a present for a loved one or even a souvenir from you trip in Cambodia.
Tip: take time to climb the stairs all the way to the rooftop, enjoy the view with a nice lotus tea and treat.
