Our local vendor will treat you to a flight of wine samples while demonstrating their knowledge of their craft.
Additional time in Sausalito is scheduled to sight see and shop before returning to Pier 41 Fisherman's Wharf.
Round Trip Transportation to Sausalito will be provided from Pier 41 Fisherman's Wharf by ferry service or by van; or a combination of both. Guests under 21 years are not permitted.

I was on the fence about spending this much to add a wine tasting but it was worth every penny and then some! Vom Foss was amazing and the tasting was with the owner Rex and he made sure we had a fantastic experience. Left with a selection of wine, olive oil, and minis of very craft liquor.

Well organized and the wine was fantastic !! The prison is something to see. Lots of history and the views of the bay are amazing.

Obviously the Alcatraz tour for the original price is hard to get unless booked well in advance. So I was lucky enough to come across this package on trip advisor. Yes it was a bit expensive but the information supplied and directions where easily followed, and the wine and snack was nice, the server was full off knowledge and was a nice fella

The Alcatraz tour was very interesting!. We did the self guided tour which was excellent. I highly recommend doing an Alcatraz tour. The wine tasting which was at the Ghiradelli Square was good The wines were good and the service was great.

We loved the tour of Alcatraz. The jail cell tour was excellent. The gift shop was fabulous. We had a noon tour so we had to race across town to do the wine tasting by 5pm. The shop owner was delightful. He was friendly and very informative. His shop was really interesting and the tasting was nice. Good variety of wines, plates of cheese and meats were savory. A few things to improve upon is to give more time to get to the tasting. It was definitely enjoyable and worth it. The cost was a second factor. We waited and this was the only place to get tickets a few weeks before. And last, the time for the cruise is given only 2 days before which makes it difficult to plan ahead.

Alcatraz tour with Boat ride portion is worth it, not so pleased with the wine tasting experience as 4 tastings (about 4 ounces of wine total) was not worth it.
