Booking was a breeze and the arrangement as well. Special mention for Artha our driver and guide on the island. He was very knowledgeable and fantastic driver. He curated the schedule so we didn’t follow accordingly as we had 2 children and 1 was seasick. We managed to squeeze most of the items on the itinerary accept angel and skipped lunch and rushed back in time for the 1.30pm fast craft. Thank you!

We booked this on a whim for our last day in Bali. We wanted to get some great pictures and explore a new place. We got picked up at 7 from our villa and shuttled to the boat. This is when we got a little overwhelmed because there are a LOT of people. The team has your back! Our driver got us everything we needed and put us in the right place. He was in constant communication with Artha who was on the island. It’s a fool proof system. We HIGHLY recommend paying for a beer (or not) but when you travel by ferry SIT UP TOP! Don’t get crammed into the sardine can downstairs. We rode up top on the way back and it was beautiful. Once we got to the island we met the local celebrity, Artha, and he was our driver/guide for the rest of the day. He is AWESOME. Everyone knows him and he is super friendly. He will take amazing pictures of you and get you to all the spots quickly. Be prepared as some of the ride is on dirt road and it’s mighty bumpy. Book it.

The East Nusa Penida tour trip was well and the driver though speaks little English but was helpful in guiding us where to take good photos and also took nice photos and videos for us.
The only thing I find that there is lack of advice perhaps communication barrel cos in one location, I misunderstood the guide and I paid for the service to take photo on a tree house. We should be advised that the steps are steep and are not appropriate for unfit people, elderly or people not wearing proper attire. My wife wore a long skirt and it is really dangerous that she may step on her skirt and trip. As for me, I am already above 60 and climbing the irregular steps is really tough. Waiting for our turn to take photo in the tree house takes us more than 30 mins and in a hot sunny day and I almost fell into a heat exhaustion. As for the snorkelling trip, the operator did not even give us help with the snorkeling equipment and didn't teach us how to adjust the mask stripe or use the equipment. The ladder to board the boat after each snorkeling is too short and people had to struggle to climb up the boat. Worst, the operator didn't even bother to help pull us up. This is really not a professional operator so not going back to them.

A good experience. Got a driver who knew the island and took us to the places that were promised. Look carefully for the driver's sign when you arrive in Nusa Penida - we spent half an hour finding ours and if it hadn't been for a helpful local we probably wouldn't have found the driver.

Our trip to Nusa Penida was great, the snorkelling was fun and we saw many fishes. Our guide for the land tour Artha was friendly and put in effort to help us take many nice photos at the various locations even though it was very hot and offered to carry my bag too. Beautiful scenery and overall worth it!

Nothing wrong with organizer and nature.. But driving in train over the roads, fighting for parking space and crazy crowded at attractions on a tuesday morning ruines the experience.

First time on Nusa Penida. The tour is very good, the driver Artha is very experienced and answered all our questions about the island. I recommend the tour to people who just want to see the instagrammable spots and swim a bit in Crystal Bay at the end.
