Discover Lipari and Vulcano, two must-visit islands in the stunning UNESCO-listed Aeolian Archipelago. The chain of tiny islands boasts dramatic volcanic landscapes and Bahamas-esque beaches, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Spend time at leisure on each island, perhaps exploring Lipari Old Town, relaxing in Vulcano on the beaches under the sizzling sun. (Please note that there will be other groups on board of the motorboat). A penalty will be incurred in case of a no-show. The motorboat is equipped with bar and toilets. It is absolutely forbidden to consume takeaway food and/or drinks on board. Toilets are not accessible near the ports and therefore their use is permitted exclusively during navigation. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside our motor ships (there is an exception at the stern, in the embarkation and disembarkation area, authorized by our on-board staff).

What a really enjoyable day trip the minibus was well air conditioned and our guide was really friendly. Both the islands were lovely. We took the bus trip around lipari so we could see the island but the driver only commentated in Italian. However a lovely gentleman next to me translated for me. It was only 15 euros so well worth it I feel. We didn’t take the tour on Vulcano as we sat and had lunch but did see the black beach and mud baths. The ferry took us all around the island though so we didn’t miss anything. Do this if you get the chance it’s well worth it.

I really enjoyed this trip as it's very well organised abd a hassle free way to visit 2 of the islands from Taormina. It is a long day, but well worth it. Also, I wasn't expecting the ferry to show us some extra sights & caves on the way back so that was a very nice surprise.

Despite a delayed start due to an admin error, we still made the boat on time. It was a lot of travelling for one day (12 hour trip) but worth it to see Lipari (for 3 hours) & Vulcano (for 2 hours) & a scenic boat trip around the coast at the end.

We never made it to the tour and they had the audacity to tell us its going to be cancelled a day before and only because I asked them if everything is going be ok for the tour!
They disrupted all our plans and we had to make new plans in short time for next morning.
They offerred other tours which we were not interested in! Thank God we were paid back for the tour cancelled.

Great trip. Next time Id do the nighttour to see the hot lava coming uit of the volcano. Id also rent a boat to do my own coast to coast trips on these islands.

Wonderful trip to Vulcano and Lipari! Loved the local adventure in Lipari which our guide took us on and a tour of the town and beautiful churches there. Vulcano was a smaller town but our guide led us to a local restaurant with a delicious pesto pistachio pasta! Did a little shopping or could go to the beach.

We were totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this trip. The guide was inattentive and disinterested at best. We were not given enough information at any point and struggled to know what was going on. The minibus tour of Lipari was in an old bus that leaked and with not enough seats for everyone. We felt herded around without respect or consideration. No until we arrived at Vulcano were we told the main attraction was closed. We were given no information about either island or on activities we could do.

The islands were beautiful however the negative the day was very long. Almost half the day was going and returning from the islands. I would not recommend.

Really interesting trip, tour was well planned and organised. The tour guide was excellent. The boat was large and pretty full, but a great day out!
