The guide was extremely knowledgeable, and her passion for the subject was infectious. My friend and I really enjoyed it. I did three excursions in Rome, and this was easily the best.

Carolina was a knowledgeable tour guide. She provided us with information about the history of the ghetto and took us to several key areas within the ghetto and in the bridge area. What would’ve made the tour even more effective is if the company that promotes the tour provided headsets.
Also, if the tour operator has a sign identifying the tour that would help travelers confirm that they’re at the right place when they get to the start of the tour. Another option would be to allow those of us who booked the tour to pay a gratuity, which we did not know was not included in the fees we paid by adding it online through a Tripadvisor option after the tour is completed . Several different tour companies provided that as an option, especially for travelers like us who don’t carry much cash and find it embarrassing when we could not offer a tip to the guide.
