This is a great experience. I loved that you could go round at your own pace and that there was parts to read watch and experience as if you were in the ship. I particularly like the ‘ride’ through the shipyard. The only thing I didn’t like was how busy it was, so busy in some parts that you couldn’t see/explore some of the displays.

Extensive and comprehensive experience. The shipyard ride and the end exhibit are noteworthy. Points deducted for some exhibit display labels being next ton impossible to read, poor signage to find next area and exit. Extortionate cafe pricing. I'm not at all convinced we even had any hint of the Nomadic until driving away.

Simply incredible exhibition starting with some history of Belfast, its industry and its people and then the timeline through the planning, building and disaster that was the Titanic. Leave sufficient time to see everything and even take a turn on the ride. Ticket includes admission to the SS Nomadic which is also well worth spending time on. Both the exhibitions have great interactive resources.

Extremely well done, outlining history of how the ship came to be. The ideology, construction and lives it impacted.

Really informative and interesting visit. So much more to learn. Particularly loved visiting the drawing room of H&W (and returned for a drink later) and touring Nomadic. Quite busy inside the exhibition so queues built up, but worth the waits.

This has to be the best visitor attraction in the whole of Ireland.
From the architecture of the building, the quality of the displays, the information provided and the helpfulness of the staff, the whole experience is awesome!
We visited Nomadic first and spent more than an hour marvelling at the restoration work and the interesting facts about the ship’s history.
Then onto the Titanic Experience itself and it is an experience. The way the Titanic story and that of its passengers is told, is truly outstanding! We did the self-guided tour which we found really easy to follow. As you move through, the way in which information is displayed and the Titanic story is told, is easy to follow and highly imaginative.
Without wanting to give anything away, the last section of the experience is highly emotional. My advice here is take the time to just stand and absorb the music and the visuals. Brilliant!!

Don’t think of this as a museum…..it’s an experience!

Tickets purchased online must be exchanged at the ticket office for printed tickets, audio guides can be requested free of charge.
The building itself is already a work of art, an example of modest architecture. The museum has several floors and has so much to tell. The museum traces the history of Belfast, its industrial development, linked to linen processing and the H&W shipyard, and the great ocean liner, from the launch, sinking and discovery of the wreck. A pleasant experience with moving moments. There are interactive screens, objects, reproductions of passenger cabins, instrumentation and posters that capture the visitor's attention; the displays are huge.
The visit aboard the SS Nomadic leaves a lot of disappointment.
