Driver is professional and friendly. Heavy traffic in Ho Chi Minh City is incredible. Only reason for four stars is the meeting point and waiting to be escorted to car from agency. Driver was excellent

Met us in Arrivals Hall , after a long flight we were relieved to see the board with our name. Had no difficulty finding our small hotel and showing us the way down a side alley to the entrance. Worth paying in advance for peace of mind !

We booked transfer from airport to hotel and our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall as we walked out. Nice trip into city. After three flights we got to Ho Chi Minh exhausted. It was a relief to see our aviator driver waiting outside the exit door. Our flight was one hour late, but he had a big smile, he was professional and careful driver.we will definitely use aviator and recommend it.

Really glad I chose the pickup - our driver and his aid were waiting for us when we exited the terminal and drove us to our hotel with no issue. I don't know how we would have found our way without him!
