Love it! Super fun! Plenty to do. The park is beautiful and clean. You MUST have water shoes, no flip flops allowed. You need them for every ride. You also will be wearing a helmet all day. The underwater cave swim, is incredible! It is so beautiful! This is something you could never do on your own.
There is one restaurant that feeds the entire park. They are so good at getting people in and out quickly. The food is a buffet style restaurant, the food was great quality, fresh & tasty. The Jeep ride was pretty cool & you drive yourself, not a lame guided tour. The zip line was the best I have ever been on & we have been on them all over the world. Well worth the money!

Everything was wonderful. We were able to enjoy the entire day with free food and beverages. The rides were amazing, I definitely recommend it.

We came to Xplor as a group of 10 (5 couples) and were so excited for this excursion. After all was said and done, I have mixed feelings about whether or not I would want to go back. The underground raft and underground rivers were phenomenal. If it wasn’t for these two activities, I wouldn’t have been as happy as I was. Beware, the water underground is COLD. You warm up as you’re moving and it was definitely refreshing after sweating so much outdoors. The views were amazing and it was definitely a once in a lifetime activity.
Now for the not so fun part… the zip lines. We chose to do the long course and were all very excited about it. We asked to bring water with us because we were not used to the humidity but they wouldn’t let us. There was ZERO water the entire length of the zip lines which took over an hour. You climb and climb and climb so you get very winded and thirsty. My husband legit almost passed out multiple times. He was pouring in sweat and had blurred vision. He literally just needed water. We begged the staff to give us a water bottle but not one person would give us anything (even though the staff had orange watercoolers full for them). They acted like they didn’t even care. Once you start the course, there is nowhere to go but through it. The amount of climbing and walking we had to do without one single sip of water was insane. If you decide to do this, make sure you are more than hydrated or you could experience what my husband did. I was shocked that the staff there literally just did not care that he was feeling so ill. Thankfully, he made it through but it really put a bad spin on things.
We didn’t get to do the water slide as it had a 2 hour wait to get on it and after zip lining, we were just over it at that point. My other complaint is that the shuttle only has one pickup time. We were done by 2pm and ready to go back to our resort but the shuttle didn’t arrive for another 3.5 hours. We decided to just get a taxi and go back to our resort instead of waste another 3.5 hours at Xplor. I wish they offered different pickup times throughout the day. The lunch buffet was disgusting. There was tons of food but the quality was awful so be prepared for that.
Get the picture package!!! We have so many gorgeous pictures from our day there. I hear people complain about the pricing but for what you get, I thought it was great. We have over 150 pictures from our day there and I didn’t have to worry about taking my phone around with me to get the pictures.
The signs do not match up correctly to where you want to go. I can’t tell you how many circles we walked in underground. We would go the way the signs pointed us and end up in a totally different area. The staff was less than helpful when we needed to ask questions about things. If you decide to go here, be prepared that it is a very long day with long lines and waits. Again, not sure that we would actually go back after experiencing what we did.

The park was nice and well designed but the entrance fee for person was $195 USD per person. It did include lunch. On some of the rides pictures were taken of me and my wife. When we finished we went to the counter about purchasing some of the pictures and we were told that you had to buy them all (digital format) for $90 USD.

My husband and I had the best day ever from start to finish no worries pick up was on time and received everything they said we would we even got a free little gift on the bus!!!

We purchased Xplor tickets with lunch, locker, and transportation on the Xplor website.
It was super simple to enjoy this day. The bus came to the lobby of our hotel at the time expected and made only 1 other stop on the way.
We arrived in plenty of time to get our helmets and locker before the attractions opened at 9 and then we left at 5 when they closed.
It is a MUST HAVE to bring water shoes. It should not be listed as optional. You'll need them for walking around and especially the underwater river. I forgot mine. They do have them for sale in the shop. Be prepared to pay $45. Ouch!
The included lunch buffet was very good. There were many items to choose from and everyone in our family found something they liked to eat. We also liked the included smoothie drink station.
The attractions were fun and took up the entire day to do everything. Be aware that the real-time signs that show how busy the attractions are don't seem to be accurate. On 2 occasions the light was RED, but we didn't find a significant line at all.
Be prepared to do a lot of walking. You will be worn out at the end of the day.
This is a great experience for older teens and adults. Make sure to wear some shorts for the zipline because the harness hurts between the legs otherwise.
The new waterslide was worth the terrifying walk up the hill (scary if don't like heights). Make sure you carry nothing with you or they won't let you ride.
Even though it was expensive, this was a great all-day trip for our family.

So fun! Barely any lines. We didn’t go for the food but it was good as well. Prepare o spend the entire day there if you want to ride everything.

Omg AMAZING DAY. It was so so much fun! Really well organised too, big locker that could easily fit a backpack in, good sturdy wristbands for the locker key so you don’t have to worry about the key falling off as they’re Velcro and have a clip so they’re very sturdy. Bring water shoes as they’re expensive to buy at Xplor and bring a strap for your glasses as well, you can buy them there if you forget, but you aren’t allowed on certain activities (zip line, water slide, etc) without a strap on your glasses. We went on a Saturday and we didn’t have to queue for anything, not even the zip lines really.
The water slide was SO SO much fun, it was huge and the drops were amazing, one of the best I’ve been on by far, well organised too, you go in a group of 4. Lots of walking to the top of it. The cave swim was good, but quite crowded so I’d suggest potentially just doing the 10 minute one, instead of the 30 minute. The underground adventure was very fun with 2 small, but good water slides. The hammock splash was very fun too! The driving was good, quite bumpy though in some parts so make sure you’re holding on, even when you’re going slowly you do feel like you’re being thrown around the vehicle, also be careful of lizards running across the path in front. There is 4 different courses. The zip lines were so fun, we went later on in the day and hardly had to queue, there is 7 and you can go in pairs on nearly all of them, and then one of them finishes in water, amazing and well organised. You can also do all the activities as much as you want, except the zip lines I think.
The photo package was very expensive in my opinion, 90$ for all your photos, if you choose this package make sure to snap photos all the time as there is buttons around the park to press and some are automatic, to make sure you get your moneys worth.
The buffet lunch was nice, loads of options and good vegetarian options too, loads of drink choices as well (mango juice was so tasty) and there is a couple of drink stations around the park, where you can get drinks whenever you want.
Overall it was a really really good day, so fun and very well organised, nice friendly staff all over the place, we did enjoy it slightly more than Xcaret.
Highly recommend!

My Family & I had the BEST TIME EVER!!!! There was so much to do & we enjoyed every bit of it. The transportation staff & park staff were so friendly. The bus ride to the park was comfortable & fast. The park was absolutely STUNNING! & last but not least the all you can eat buffet was delicious! Highly recommend 10/10. I would definitely book this again once I come back to Cancun!
