Our guide, Selen, was amazing! The website didn't have availability for our group of 7 so I texted the operator who responded immediately to accommodate us. We opted for a private tour for our three-generation family group. The food stops were fun and delicious and she provided a wealth of historical context to the dishes and sights. She even adjusted some offerings to make sure that we tried something new when she learned we had already sampled what she had planned. Highly recommend!

The most memorable portions of the tour included the full Turkish breakfast, the rustic lamb stew, and the multi course luncheon. Our guide Leyla was excellent. She kept us entertained for 6 hours and made sure we got back to our cruise ship with time to spare. I highly recommend this tour to any foodies or otherwise adventurous eaters!

Our guide Selen was so friendly and had a ton of good stories, historical and anecdotical, about the neighborhoods she took us through. Suggest you don’t eat much the few days leading up to the tour 😀 everything was delicious.
