Our visit to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament was quite memorable! A dream come true. However, the Abbey was closed to group tours on the day of our visit. Instead, we used the audio guide provided by the Abbey and a personal guide that the tour company pre-arranged for the Houses of Parliament. Another company that my husband arranged a tour with, did tell us a few days beforehand that this was happening; so I emailed Walks asking to cancel if we were not able to have a guided tour, but did not hear back with an offer to cancel. We feel that at least a discount should have been offered since we didn’t receive a fully guided tour of the Abbey. Also, the group size was 17, somewhat larger than we expected.

The guides for both sections of this tour were OUTSTANDING!! I have been on a few tours over the past week of my stay in the UK and the two ladies who guided our group were by far and away the best. Super well organized! Great audio equipment so we could hear every word they said. Highest marks!

This tour totally fulfilled its “skip the line” promise. The additional pleasant surprise was our guide Aaron, whose humor, personality, and breadth of knowledge made Westminster Abbey one of my favorite tours while in London. The handoff to the in-house guide for Parliament made us sad to lose Aaron as the new guide, while perfectly competent, lacked Aaron’s sparkle. Only one concern for Aaron-with older people in the group he might slow his walking pace a bit. That said…this was an excellent way to see Westminster Abbey and Parliament.

Mary was knowledgeable a great guide for the abbey. She truly loved the Abbey. She passed us to professional Parliament tour Guide Tommy. He expertly guided us through English government and it's history. He was aware of my physical limitations and allowed me to rest when possible.Very kind.

Sound system of Westminster Abby guide was continuously failing. Flustered guide had difficulties with even her factual presentation because of this.
